I'm making sea scallops but haven't decided on final prep or accompaniments.

I cooked a huge chicken breast but then decided I didn't feel like eating it... so I will fry it up with olive oil and seasoning for Chicken Caesar tomorrow.

I ended up sauteing the scallops in a bit of butter than adding in a medley of steamed broccoli, carrots and sweet peppers. Then tossed in some soba noodles. I seasoned it all with a bit of Thai chili paste, soy sauce and honey, that blended in the pan with the juices from the scallops to make a tasty sauce.
