Okay, Albert. Cleaned the barn aisleway today. I had a lot of lumber and loose hay to get rid of. Blacksmith is coming tomorrow. Can't keep my mare from going downhill. My vet says I'm doing everything right, and that I should be happy she is eating and digesting her food well. Not much more I can do... she had her birthday yesterday, and has already lived longer than her mom did.

A couple of times i was late for zoom classes, barely out of the shower, firing up the computer and starting the class while getting dress and of course a cat jumped on the desk and a fraction of a second I got a heart attack hoping they wouldn't accidentally walk on the key to turn on the camera

Today would have been my mother's 99th birthday. ❤️

Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 travel restrictions, I can't travel to England this year to celebrate her life with my six siblings, the same as I have done every year since her death in 2004. 💔

Here's a photo of the seven of us taken after a celebratory meal after meeting at her graveside on this day back in 2015.

Hopefully we'll all be able to meet next year for her 100th.
