Just tried to go for a walk but the rain was coming in at a rate of knots :(

I was at the lights on the way home, I saw a pair of pink and grey galahs sitting on the pedestrian crossing. The lights changed and they walked onto the road and are some spilled grain and were looking at the lights to see if they changed. Smart birds :)

Well it was raining, but at like it wasn’t raining spiders like what happened to @Drew Espinosa :D

I forgot to say I also picked up some plum jam, nectarine jam as well as a selection of fruit from a roadside stall :2thumbs:

Texas has Rain and Hail Spiders? :o

Way more dangerous than peaceful, lovable Australia

Apparently in the panhandle they do, I’ve never seen them in DFW…

I assume they weren’t murder spiders though. :/

Hey, B. Pretty bird, B. Is it another killer?

Not a killer. Noisy in a crowd. And they are quite playful too. I remember a bunch of them at the beach jumping off a wire fence during strong winds. They took turns gliding, one would jump up and the wind would support them, make a racket then the next would have a go. They were having fun :)
