My brother’s oldest son just turned 16 in March.  His parents and future stepdad pooled their money to buy him this big Ford truck.  He’s turning into a mini version of my brother, but with a mullet.  

Bagel sandwich - they have about 8 different kinds. It’s a really odd store, bagels, toys and Christmas goods all year round.

Sigh... the work continues. Yesterday I milled my trim boards and painted them. My pine was too thick to fit in the J channel, so now I have a foot of sawdust under my table saw. Today I hope to get the trim finished after a third coat. My knee is sore, though, so we'll see.

My first car was an older Toyota Corolla Coupe. It cost me $700 and was burnt orange. Definitely not “baby shit brown” as my sister described it

I’d get behind a bagel sandwich with corned beef, sounds like it’s worth trying.  
 

That’s something I haven’t had in a long time, some good corned beef.  My dad used to make it on St. Patrick’s Day.  We never celebrated that holiday (such as it is) in any way, but we’d always eat that for the Irish ancestors

My driving now is much better.  But it wasn’t so much the driving itself that was bad, as all the other antics that went along with it, and where the driving took place,

My first was a 1973 Toyota Celica, fire engine red. Great little car.

Coned beef and cabbage was a tradition for us.

I could mix it with the shavings, but it's rather fine... could make her cough... I'll just throw it on the compost pile, just to be safe. She's old.
