Well I somehow haven't been on here all week again.  Hope everyone is doing well, and having a great weekend.  @clochette I also like Brussel sprouts if they're made correctly.  They've got a bad reputation, but with the right seasoning and preparation they can be really good.

That was something I always heard about growing up but never really experienced.  My mom had to eat them in Idaho when she was a kid, and didn't like them so they never featured in any of our meals.  But as adults we've found ways of preparing them that just work.  Parmesan on top makes them so good.
