Keep in mind Clo your seeing an edited video of people that answered the questions wrong, or in funny ways.  Not every kid is that clueless, also there's an element of pressure when someone's quizzing you on camera with a microphone in your face.  If it were me, especially nowadays, I forget my address and telephone number out of nowhere.  I know these things, I can tell you them any time, but suddenly I need to write it on a form in a hurry and my mind just goes blank. It's scary hitting middle life.

Sorry, but it is part of the American culture.  I love the holiday much better than Halloween, because it is focuses on family and heritage, not candy sales. I taught it to my elementary students about the Day of the Dead before Halloween.  I give myself a waiver any time I want!

I'm jealous of Clo now! I first had Texas BBQ at Buster's Texas BBQ in Portland.  My favorite place though was a local place that unfortunately is no longer in business.  There they gave customers bibs that tied in back and went down to your knees.  It was needed!  I always ordered a combo, because I could never make up my mind.  I also went home with a doggy bag.
