It was intentional. I typically wake sometime around 4-4.30. It comes from I needed to get up early to walk Thistle before the summer sunrise. I got into the habit of walking early and folks with migraine do better if we stick to a routine. I'm okay to sleep in a bit as long as I don't go later than 5am. An extra hour can effect the chemistry in my brain and trigger a migraine. That was something I learned the hard way when every weekend or holiday was spent coping with a headache because I slept in. It's best for me to get up early and take a short nap later in the day rather than sleep late. If you think 4am is crazy imagine how it was when daylight savings time ended and my body woke me at 3am. It's taken me three weeks to make a slow adjustment in sleep cycle to get where I am now.

My mother has immaculate degeneration for which she was getting monthly shots in the eyes for. Well, the optometrist who had been giving her the shots looks like she used a dirty needle, and she got an infection in that eye, and she is now blind, in that eye. They want to remove the eye which I don't think she is going to do. She is 99 years old, and she wants to die. She is hardly eating and .......The doctor she now is see said she should only be getting these shots once ever 4 months. OMG!
