My dad was a programmer and beta tester, so we had several working computers in the house by the early 90s. I got my first one of my own when I was 6, I think. It ran Widnows 95 a couple of months before Windows 95 actually came out, lol! We had dial-up but my computer wasn't connected. Then we got ISDN and I was allowed to very occasionally go online on my mum's computer if she wasn't using it. Also, have to tried the new Wolfenstein games? They are amazing! When life's getting me down, I fire one of them up on the lowest difficulty and go shoot myself some nazis, lol! I have not played the new ones. I stopped playing first-person shooters somewhere in the era of Unreal Tournament, when the play style changed drastically from what I’d grown up with. Basically any game where I’m put up against people who sink hours and hours playing that I never would. There’s only been a couple of exceptions to this, the most recent I played was Doom from 2016, and even then I didn’t finish it. The new Wolfenstiens looked really cool, and I came really close to buying one of them. But... my PS4 was basically out of storage space and I couldn’t install it. I’ve since purchased an external hard drive, but my time spent gaming is pretty limited nowadays, so I’ve been distracted with a few other games. 1 4

Popular Post Kitt Posted February 12, 2019 Author Popular Post Posted February 12, 2019 MORNING GANG! So far I have actually gotten the morning of my day off, OFF! Not one panicked call from the barn! ( POUNDS loudly on the nearest piece of wood) So far then "major storm" has not amounted to much. I keep waiting for people to ignore a warning because they have been so wrong so often this winter. So, one night off from the net due to a headache and I come back to TEN PAGES! Took most of the morning to catch up! Why is it so quiet when I am here and you talk your fool heads off when I am away? Don't you like me anymore? 19 hours ago, spikey582 said: I’m assuming there’s some space in between. I mean if not, I’d be in serious trouble. For those of you who don't remember ten pages or so back, this was in reference to the mexican saddle with the huge (dinner plate size) horn. Doesn't seem to affect the seat and comfort, but it's sort of like having a table mounted in front of you. It just kept getting in my way. Might be good if I were mounted and teaching though. Be able to take notes! 18 hours ago, Valkyrie said: Definitely. I worked at an equestrian center for a bit where I lived in an apartment above the barn. We had a massive ice storm overnight and everything was coated in about an inch of ice. Well, that meant the parking lot was one giant skating rink. And I had to walk across it to get to the lower barn and take care of the lesson horses. There was absolutely no way anyone could walk across it safely. So I 'skied' down it. lol I crouched down like I was on skis, and slid down the parking lot to the fence bordering the paddock near the lesson barn. I stayed on my feet the whole time, then was able to crunch my way through the icy snow to the barn. One of my apartment mates watched the entire spectacle and said he was laughing his ass off the entire time watching me. He said it made his day. Too bad it was before cell phone videos. Too bad or good thing? 13 hours ago, spikey582 said: Yeah time traveling to the future can be rough I don't know which would be more disorientating, loosing the day going west, or getting it back coming east again. 1 hour ago, BabyXander1990 said: Boy, I am 20 pages behind, now. Popular Post Bucket1 Posted February 12, 2019 Popular Post Posted February 12, 2019 I had to snigger at Kitt's comments - it was only a short time ago I missed a day, just 24 hours, and came back to a mountain of pages. And Kitt, the only thing of note was that Drew didn’t nuke Page 1 6

I bought it last year and was enjoying it. But... then the new God of War was released and I forgot all about it. I keep planning to get back into it at some point. I loved the Witcher 3, played it for hours. But my problem with all of these types of games is, there’s so much to do, I get lost doing all these side things and never get around to finishing any games. I played Skyrim so much, for like 3 years after it was released and never finished the main story until early last year when I got back into it for a month. 3 2
