It was pretty crowded and I didn't want to accidentally take someone's pic without their consent if I were taking a pic of a stall. So no pictures, sadly.

At the market, there were stalls selling all kinds of things, candy, shoes, shirts, dresses, fruits, vegetables, and more besides. 

We only went sightseeing, mostly. I say mostly, because we did end up buying fruit cups from a vendor. Mine was watermelon with tamarind syrup.

That market sounds like many of the markets in Chiang Mai.  Some open daily and other on a few scheduled days, like the Tuesday/Thursday market close to my condo.  The fruit cup sounds good.  I have to go buy a watermelon, but the kitchen is always stocked with both tamarind sauce and syrup.  It's part of Aod's staples.  Aod's family is from Petchabun province famous for growing the best tamarinds in Thailand.
