Now I've got to look for a new apartment in case the new landlord decide to rise the rent too much/keep it to himself/turn it into a one house. What I've saw so far is either too expensive, crappy or tiny. 

Some buyers want to keep the tenants. I hope it works out, Clo.

In Denmark, tenants have rights, and you can't just throw them out, especially if they have been there more than two years. In fact, sometimes it becomes a problem for owners who want to renovate the building.

Thanks, I hope so. I like where I am. I've been there 6 years now, it's not perfect but I'm use to it.

It's close to the heart of the city, a bakery, butcher, grocery store..., there are easy parking spots in the streets all around, 3 bus lines. Yet it's quiet.

Hey! It's not my fault! My computer got fried last year, and another time, my save file got corrupted. I have the absolute worst luck with technology. I've been working on a new story now, but I keep getting distracted. Maybe I have ADD, or something.

G'day y'all. It was 68/20° at 5:30 this morning. A warm front drifted over the area but a cold front is coming. Temp has dropped in the last hour to 60/15°. Temp expected to continue dropping before a slight warm up later.

So the temp dropped into the low 50's this morning and then the sun came out and the temp is back up to 68/20°. Not bad considering the the fotecast high was 62/16°.
