Actually we often serve both cheese when we make a raclette party. Reblochon is more liquid, more milky when melted. Dude you really need to come to France one day so we can have a cheese dish marathon

When I was still living with my parents, some friends of theirs had a party where everyone brought their own dishes. Every dish at the party had cheese or chocolate in some form.
