Well I'm back...

So, was it worth it to be there for the live premiere of Only Friends?  Totally.  Already loving the series, it has a very different feel from other BLs.  The characters flaws are readily apparent, and they've all got flaws I must say.  In many ways, watching the action gives a very different vibe.  When something would normally be cute or flirty in a BL, it might not necessarily be so.  Sometimes I get a sense of dread because , just from watching the trailer all I can thinks is, no good can come from this.

Babe, do you remember why I was willing to trade Fourth for First to begin with?  I know he's hot in that leather jacket.  Just like his whole bad boy biker vibe from Not Me was the deciding factor for the trade.

Well if MDL is correct there’s only 10 episodes.  A LOT has to happen in 10 episodes, and the series doesn’t seem to be wasting any time.  So much stuff is going on right away, and it seems like they balanced the time between the characters really well.

I just found out my daughter has covid. It's her sixth day and she has been extremely ill, but didn't want to worry me. She's better, but still not great. Her sense of smell and taste are way off and her throat is still sore.   She is due for her booster in one week, and she wishes now she had gotten it early.

Hi Drew.   Sounds like there must be a lot of negotiating going on over the bishōnen in the series.

BTW, I like the full title, Only Friends Forbidden Friends.  There are a lot of great looking guys which means that Aod probably won't let me watch. Glad you two are having fun negotiating and comparing notes.

Big bro, there’s no negotiations, this is the series where 5 of the 6 leads happened to end up in my herd, and Drew’s been pissed about it as soon as he realized.  When he keeps saying “give me Neo and Mark” they’re in this.
