Me a month ago: "This school year I'll have a better healthier lifestyle. I'll eaten better, healthier and go to bed at a reasonable hour, 10pm-10.30. 

Me the day before the first day: spends the evening on the phone with uncle and texting friends while starting to build furniture at past 8pm then organizing my mess in said furniture, preps my bag for tomorrow, spends some more time on my phone, checks time midnight oops I forgot to have dinner, let's have a bowl of cereals!

Advil for the pain.  I used some Redlight therapy on it earlier and that seemed to help.  Last time we went to the beach, I was recovering from a stress fracture and was looking forward to walking in the sand.

I hope it doesn't put you off going, you deserve to have a good time and relax.

Oh, I still plan on going.  It just would be nice to walk in the sand after dinner or chase my nephew in the waves.
