I'm hoping.   I knew what it was, because I've read about it.  But lying in my bed, completely unable to move and feeling the presence of someone watching but being unable to turn head to see who it is...very weird and scary.

Today was a lazy, do-nothing sort of day. I made grilled cheese sandwiches for dinner. Cheddar, Muenster, and Asiago on sourdough, cooked in garlic butter.

I agree it is a horrible experience, it used to happen to me on a regular basis. I recommend you speak to a good therapist about it, I did and it helped me a lot. Now it rarely happens and on those rare occasions when it does, I can now deal with it much better so it passes quicker than it used to and is less frightening. It's something that I'm finding really useful at the moment after recent events. These episodes are usually linked to something else which is why a good therapist is helpful. I hope it is a one-off event for you.

Hey Nickypooh  happy sunday to you too  I'm back from dropping great-aunt at her place after having lunch at the restaurant. Now I'm ready for an afternoon nap  work and household chores can wait a bit longer
