Looking for a Beta Reader/Editor for a Winter themed story

I have a story around 13K words written that could use a beta reader, an editor would be great too, but I will not hold anyone to it.

It's a Romantic Fiction story with 2 character perspectives. It involves an emotionally distant guy with low vision in his mid-30's finding a 22 year old homeless former college student, whose family disowned him in Indiana during spring break. This story is set after thanksgiving and early into December, maybe 1 or 2 years into the future.

It's not a traditional gay romance story as it first may seem, one of my main protagonists is based off a real life person, who is a demisexual with gay identity, who is paradoxically very romantic and emotionally invested in the world around him, but acts very cold and logical.

Thank you @rec for your kind offer, @Talo Segura agreed to help me with this story earlier last night. The constructive feedback so far is good and I hope it continues.

I appreciate this from both of you, whether you are working with me or eventually become a reader on the finished story. Showing interest in another person's work should be commended.
