Hi guys.

 

The titles and topics above are really funny and cool, but I don't think thats enought detail for LB to start a story. I guess my original thought was to give some more detail such as:

 

(1) Main Characters

 

(2) Outline of the plot

 

I realize that if I was an author and had a good idea for a topic, I would just write the story myself instead of giving the idea away. But maybe even if you are an author, you may have some ideas for stories that don't exactly fit your writing style but maybe great for Little Buddha. I know, this might not make much sense to you, but I work in academia, and strangely enough when I meet my colleagues at conferences we exchange ideas. In fact, that

That movie L.I.E. totally creeped me out ... I don't think I'll be writing anything based on that movie ...

I love this idea, Xiao, I'm really disappointed that this is only an idea and not a story in the works! Perhaps you could try writing it? You have good ideas, you never know what'll happen until you try

Thanks Kevin! But I really don't have any talent for writing. I do write a lot, but its articles and notes for my students, and trust me they are not very excited about them .

 

That movie L.I.E. totally creeped me out ... I don't think I'll be writing anything based on that movie ...

 

I think I read somewhere that half of the viewers really love the movie and half felt totally creeped, so I am not surprised. I was kind of hoping that one day you will write a story about a love between a Chinese boy and an American boy. With your knowledge of Chinese culture I know it's going to be an amazing story, lots of adventures (like a trip to China).

 

I learned so much from SOOTB about Elton John and classic rock in general. I can only imagine what a great experience it would be for me and other readers if you wrote a story with a Chinese boy as one of the main characters. Please think about it .
