Oh, I meant to add: I think Xavier should have told Steve and everyone else the truth about why he was going back home: because his mother was sick and he needed to help Jake. Also, where the heck is Otto? Do they have him hiding in a room somewhere? lol

As much as I love Xavier and Axel living with the two families, I'm glad he's going home to at least be with his brother. I feel so badly for Jake that he had to take care of their mom for all this time on his own. And not only take care of her, but take care of the farm and do everything the four (including Axel), of them did together. Now I'm wondering if Xavier and Jake's mom's sickness is all in her head b/c it was so coincidental that it happened as soon as she kicked Xavier and Axel out of the house. Great chapter, Joe!

Holy shit, Andrew, my heart just leapt in my throat. Poor Luka! I hope they didn't hurt him too badly. Shit, where the hell is Diego when you need him? Thank God Maddy and Ace followed them. Dylan is such a wonderful boy. He's taking care of Cole by comforting him telling him about his own dislike for hospitals. I just wish Cole could meet Maxie; I think they'd hit it off really well. I got all choked up when Zak ran out of the room after Jesse and Dylan told everyone their plans for school. It's going to be a sad, sad day when they leave. I already have my boxes of Kleenex ready. And of course more on hand for the ending of the story and the epilogue.

I think the courtroom scene was very believable, Thorn. Especially when Craig's attorney was cross-examining Dave and he asked him about sex with Nick, which had nothing to do with the case at all. He was just trying to be a slimebucket, like most defense attorneys are. And it's true, at least in the US and in all the movies, TV shows, and books I've read, the defense attorney just tries to trip up the plaintiff to catch him making a mistake. Nick and Dave did very well giving their testimony. It must have been horrible for Nick to relive it all again, and in front of others, no less. I think maybe that Craig didn't realize what the hell he was doing when it happened. Nick said he looked horrified after, and in the courtroom he was shaking his head and looking shocked. Shocked that he did something so horrific maybe? Maybe he went int a fugue state or something and just blacked out when it was happening. Idk, but he does need help. He has definite anger issues there. We'll see what the jury says after everything is said and done. He does need to pay for what he did to Nick, no doubt about that. And it looks like love is on the horizon for Zoe and the detective.

Wow, Rob's dad really needs to take a chill pill. WTF is his problem? Ok, so Rob lied about working late, but it's the kid's second day at work. If he had to work late, what's he supposed to do, tell his boss that even though he's of legal age, his father yelled at him to come home? What an ass. Sorry, but seriously? The kid's friggen' nineteen! Time to cut the cord, Pops. So, they work in a department store. There are only TWO employees in this department store and the store closes at five p.m.? Kinda early, no? As I said in my first review, I do tend to focus on the wrong things. lol I'm looking forward to the next chapter, Mark. Oh, btw, what the heck is the narrator's name??? lol

Hey Mark! I like the story so far! The narrator does sound ambitious, working full-time in order to save money for his travels and writing. Can't believe his parents threw him and Julie out of the house at eighteen. So Julie's in college - she can never go back home? How about on school breaks? lol I know, I'm focusing on the wrong things. lol Ok, on to the next chapter.

Good for Noah for putting that asswipe Derek in his place!! Who the f does Derek think he is to boss Noah around and tell him who he can and can't see. What a pompous ass. Great chapter, Rob!

Another extremely informative chapter, Trevor. I liked the line when Jaemin tells his real father that he can't replace the one who murdered his son with his murdered son. Or something like that. I think that the father is taking this too calmly. Let's see how his wife reacts. lol I liked the way Jordan was baiting Miracle, even if the interest was there. What was even more interesting was that Sterling figured out the pattern to Miracle's cheating ways. So to speak. I just hope that Miracle, now that he's aware of it, will stay away from Jordan that way. Now at least he can tell Jaemin what he's missing. Not that it will help Jae, b/c there is nothing he can do to rectify that, but at least he'll know. I'm just nervous about Kyler and I know Robin isn't taking this as seriously as Cody is. She doesn't know the danger they're all in.

Why does everyone think this is ending? Is it ending? Andrew, you can't end it!!!! You'll just have to write another sequel so we know how Jesse and Dylan are doing in their new school and how Tony is acclimating to his new environment at the new school and of course everyone else at the ranch. We also need to know that Cole is going to be ok. I don't know why I always pictured this story taking place in the midwest. So the ranch is on the east coast? Is it far from NH? Terrific chapter as usual, Andrew! I'm looking forward to Carter and Sam getting what they deserve. =) They are truly monsters.

Hmmm, I'm trying to think - what boy at Second Chances Rescue is available? lol Unless Tony's gonna come between the only straight boy there, Ace, and Steph? (Luka's sister is Steph, right? lol) Another wonderful chapter, Andrew. As usual, i cried buckets reading the scene with Seb's family, Jesse, and Dylan. More tears fell when I heard about the procedure Cole and Dylan are going to go through. I probably said this before, but no child should have to go through what Cole is going through. It's just heartbreaking.

I love this story, Mikey! =) I don't know why, but much of it feels like I read it before. Did you ever post this anywhere else? I think TJ's an ass and even Jen. She wasn't the least bit understanding. I like Marcus but now I'm wondering why he's bailing on Tony. Looking forward to chapter two.

Matt's probably right about the fact that Randy's fooling around can come back to bite them in the ass. No pun intended. lol And Matt is really egging Kutcher on. One of these days Frank's gonna just haul off and get revenge. I think maybe this month of abstinence will be good for Andy. Sort of ground him. Again, no pun intended. He's thinking too much about sex and not enough about other things like school and just being with friends. =)

Wow, Trevor! This chapter was jam-packed with information. I like Jordan - he's very insightful and seems to know a lot, although I think with the extent of Miracle's issues, he should have an experienced therapist. Didn't we see the Hunter's flashbacks a few chapters back when they were happening in real time? The letter Sky wrote to Hunter had me all choked up too. Poor Hunter. So that's how she knew so much, b/c Kyler stole that letter from Brad's mailbox. Refresh my memory: who had the letter to begin with? I really liked the exchange between Jae and Hunter. They both make valid points regarding Miracle. Hunter thinks Jae is pussywhipped, lol, and is a doormat to Miracle, and Jae thinks he's helping Miracle b/c he will always love him and forgive him. I missed Sterling in this chapter.

That really sucks that the court date is the same day as the auditions. I hope they can audition at a later time. Nick is going to have his heart in his mouth that day, and seeing Craig might just send him in a tailspin of sorts. I'm glad Dave will be there for support. And of course Zoe. It's gotta hurt Zoe a lot knowing that it was her ex-fiancee who did this. I'm glad Nick came clean with Matt and Stuart. =)

I can see how nervous Mark would be at the prospect of meeting Trey's family. And then he also wants to spend every minute he can with Trey and if they're staying at Trey's folks' home, it'll be difficult to get any time alone. Looking foward to meeting the family!

Where's Will and Sonny??? I heard that Chandler Massey was leaving. That's a shame. He was some good eye candy! lol If I had been actively keeping up with the show, I'd be really upset. I think he and Freddie had great chemistry. So I happened to be reading the story of his recast in the middle of this review, and there were so many comments, I got caught up in them. lol I am easily distracted. Anyway...I hope Kyler fails to do what Eric told him.

I'd probably be freaking out too if I were Oliver. It's stressful enough coming out to your family and friends, never mind teachers and headmistresses. The headmistress handled herself very well I think. It also helps that she has experience now with Luce and Charlie. I'm glad Oscar told Oliver what his father has done to him physically, and emotionally with all his verbal abuse. Of course what he did physically to Oscar also takes a toll on his emotional well-being. He needed to finally get that out. Great chapter, James!

I read this sitting in the waiting room of a doctor's office waiting for my kid to come out. By the time I got home I forgot to r&r. I saw you posted a new chapter which reminded me I had to r&r. lol Miracle and Jaemin certainly deserve one another. I don't think that anyone else would put up with the shit they do to each other. lol As I keep saying, Sky is a wacko. How did she end up to be this psycho bitch? Oh yeah, daddy's in the mob or something, right? Crazy people. lol

Heya Thorn! Happy New Year! i like the way Dave outed himself! That was pretty funny. I knew that girl would take it the wrong way. lol I'm looking foward to the rehearsals and the Christmas show. I especially loved the "I'll show you a meatloaf later." (I'm paraphrasing b/c I don't remember the exact words Dave said.) That was funny.

Interesting story, James! =) I had a question about the Urashimas: they have three children, two being identical twins. When it was mentioned that they hadn't seen their eldest in five years, it was written: 'At least they still had their second child. This one would never leave them.' What does this mean? And what about the twins? They have them also. That part was confusing. I liked the explanation of the games. Rumiko is funny. At the thought of math her brain shuts down. lol. The game sounds a little like Pokemon or Yu-Gi-Oh from what I remember. I feel badly for Rumiko and her parents; it must be really hard to live with someone who is afraid of basically everything. I hope Apapa winds up being a good friend to her.

Ok, so Bernard's mom is kinda odd with her pink everything, but she seems really caring and upset that her son tried to kill himself for a fourth time. At least she knows that he needs help. As a parent, the hardest thing is to sit and watch your child suffer. I really hope Bernard gets the help he needs. Maybe he just didn't have the right kind of therapist or meds...? Personally, I think if he set his mind to it and lost weight he'd be so much happier. He admitted it to Dr. Jack and Nancy that he's fat. He was unhappy with that. If he did something about it he would feel so much better.

Luke wasn't the only one shocked that sweet, "innocent" Erin was anything but innocent. lol At least Luke realized that it didn't mean anything and Erie's past relationships with other boys doesn't have anything to do with their relationship now. I guess I can sorta understand Jim. He knows one of his best friends is gay, but since Luke hasn't had a "boyfriend" to take places, no one has seen him with anyone. Now Jim sees how Luke and Erin are with each other and he feels uncomfortable with it. I hope for L&E's sake, he gets over it quickly. =) I'm looking foward to the party!

Cassie! Happy New Year! First I thought that Adam was talking about confessing his love to Mikeal, but then with the little clues you're leaving here and there, maybe it's something more. Something sinister. The ending just sounded ominous. I don't know, maybe it's just me. I hope I'm wrong b/c Mikeal's heart will be broken. Excellent chaper, Cassie! You had me at the edge of my seat! But too bad Adam and Mikeal didn't get a chance to play with their lightsabers!
