Well, fuck. Wally actually stuck his neck out (or in this instance, his whole body) for someone else. He's really got it bad for Graham, and that's only happened to him once before, when he was much younger. Imagine if he had actual love growing up -- he'd be a completely different person. Now Graham must be freaking out after seeing that wave overtake Wally (and the canister!). What will become of Wally? Can he possibly hang on to that ladder in the midst of that huge wave? You have me sitting at the edge of my seat, Parker! I was reading your response to Drought, and all I can say is that I could continue reading chapter upon chapter, the longer the better! You always leave me wanting more, Parker!

I think it's wonderful that Liam is finally looking into going back to school! One is never too old to learn! As far as Liam automatically starting to dial Alek, I still think that's natural. Six months is NOT a long time, and it's obvious Liam still has a lot of feelings for Alek. You can't just flip a switch to the 'off' position when someone walks out on you. It was nice to meet Elena, and Alek's other sister sounds nice also. They really seemed to like Liam. I think I agree with Jay when he said that Alek is a grown up, and he should really live his life the way he wants to, not the way his parents want him to. He will be more miserable than he is now further on down the road if he keeps up this facade of being with that girl. Plus, he's just stringing the girl along, and that isn't fair to her. Great chapter, Lit!

I read Skinny's answer to his question, and I couldn't disagree more. I find he is an excellent writer. And now I know how he knows so much about painting! In Toph's Empty Year, Toph takes up painting, and Skinny's writing was so detailed, and now I know it's because of his firsthand experience with painting. Thank you, Dark, for providing us another glimpse into Skinny's talented mind. I ditto the beautiful thing Gary said: From the first line in 18 Weeks of Twoey, Skinny had me hooked, and I've been hooked on his writing ever since.

Ha! I love it! Of course I had to Google those boy-band guys because I never heard of them. Eoinne (I know I totally screwed up that spelling! Hell, I don't even know how to PRONOUNCE it! lol) and Toshi are so cute together. It would be great to read more about these boys...

Just when we think it's safe to go back in the water, er, bedroom, they're at it again! In more ways than one! They fight, they do sexy stuff, they fight again...will they ever get it right? lol Hmm, do they even want to?

Oh man, now what is Kian going to do? He's surrounded by too many operatives out to hurt him. (I'm sure the majority of them would be happy with killing him too.) It's a good thing he knows a thing or two about dodging bullets!

Thank God I had two chapters to catch up on, otherwise I'd be having an anxiety attack!! Kian and Taewon's story is a sad one indeed. I wouldn't want Daven to be running and looking over his shoulder for the rest of his life. He could never see Naomi or the kids again. Ok, on to review the next chapter.

Dammit, Mac, I'm really tired of running to Best Buy every week! I love the tenderness Travis is expressing in his actions and his words (baby, you're amazing, etc.). I think he's taking Ben by surprise with his gentleness and caring. It's good that Travis came clean and told Ben about Jack. Hopefully Ben won't do a 360 when he comes out of his lust-filled fog. Great chapter, Mac!

This was a wonderful story, Gary. The Watcher, David, was a smart guy; he knew when Maurice was ready to move on, just from his daily observations. Maurice must have left some impression for David to even remember his name after almost twenty years! I found myself nodding my head when Maurice was watching the young kids in the park and thinking now it's their turn for their time in the sun. He and Eric had their turn. Everyone gets a turn to be in the center when they're young. This story showed us that there is always hope. No one should ever give up hope of finding love, companionship, etc. No matter what age you are.

Heya, Rusiana! I loved this chapter! Ian and Micheal are becoming closer, and I think they're both falling for the other. I was going to mention that you accidentally left the cross-outs from the edits in the text, but Drought beat me to it. No biggie -- you can just delete them and re-post, I believe. And yes, 'loose' should have been 'lose'. I have seen succulents before, but I just didn't know what they were called. They are beautiful, and a wonderful house-warming gift! I'm looking forward to the next installment!

I just re-read chapter eight. I love how you personify the wind. The poem just gives me chills. Excellent writing, Val.

Val, that second poem was just so beautiful. I read it twice, but I'm going to read it again. It's the type of poem you can read over and over and over again. I'm actually speechless. I think you should publish it.

I had all the albums too!!! Actually, when albums were converted to CDs, I BOUGHT all their CDs! So I can still listen to them! lol

In June every year they have a country music festival somewhere by a ski resort in NY State. Not too too far from me.

I just Googled it to see what it's called now, and MetLife Stadium came up. That didn't take over? Yes, Bruce and Billy Joel were way more than awesome! Everyone was screaming and jumping up and down in the aisles. lol If I remember correctly, you're down not too far from where Bruce grew up, right? Down by the racetrack?

That would be the highlight for me too, Carlos! I saw Springsteen quite a few times when I lived in Jersey (where I'm from). Saw him and Billy Joel perform together at the Meadowlands (it's not called that now, though) Awesome, awesome concert.

Imagine, Darius Rucker from Hootie is now a big country star! My favorite concert was December 10, 2016. It was my tenth time (maybe more) seeing Melissa Etheridge, and it was only ten minutes from where my best friend lives in Jersey. This particular concert was my favorite because we waited outside by her tour buses, in the freezing cold, for over an hour, but she finally came out! She signed everyone's ticket, so now I have an authentic autograph from Melissa!

Omg, they haven't talked in a MONTH??!! But they keep having all sorts of intimate interludes. lol With no talking. I think Christina may know something about Marty, although for a moment there I thought her crush WAS Marty! That could still be... I loved the fact that Marty didn't even think twice about pulling that asshole away from Hrishi (that doesn't look right; did I spell it wrong?) 'my Hrishi' he said. And good for Hrishi for sticking up for himself! Like some of your readers mentioned, I wonder if Leon saw any of that from where he was on the stage? So, I'm psyched there should be another chapter later today, but I'm sad because I thought I had three chapters to catch up on yesterday, but it was only two. As always, Sasha, I want more!!! Do you know how hard it was purposely not reading the updated chapters, just so I would have more chapters to read at once? It was EXTREMELY hard!!!

The rules of the road are always changing, even if you're not even ON the road! lol I do think Annabelle may have a little inkling about how much Bry likes Jeff. I absolutely LOVED this story, Geron! I'm so glad I listened to Val and started reading it! It's true I'm not a car person (my bff in Jersey is always saying, "Oh, wow, did you see the new so-and-so"? And I'm like, "No." When of course I MAY have; I just didn't pay any attention to cars I see on the road! That said, I will admit that I LOVED the Datsuns back in the day. I'm trying not to date myself, but I did have an awesome 280ZX that I HATED to part with! Of course it was a manual trans. I did Google the Super Bee and the Camaro from the late 60s, just so I could compare it to the Camaros I remember seeing. There was so much hood on those cars! My Datsun must have been like that too. Anyway, I loved the message at the end of the chapter. Brian is smart, and he knows that he's growing mentally and physically every day. And now Jeff is growing too and hopefully coming out of his shell a bit. I can't wait to start reading part two! I don't know why my review of chapter nine came out as a story review. Oh, I think I remember! I didn't finish reading the chapter, but I wanted to comment on how awesome Ed is, so I just commented in the story review, so I wouldn't be tempted to read the other reviews of chapter nine. I think that was it! lol

I'm almost done reading chapter nine, but I wanted to leave a review now. Ed is the bestest friend anyone could want! What a cool dude! I'm so glad he's the way he is and so accepting. Now Brian can relax some knowing that Ed is fine with who he is.
