RRS is very close to my heart, not only because I fell in love with most of the characters, but because it was this story that introduced me to Addy all those years ago. He originally posted it on another site, so I was thrilled that he eventually decided to post it here. RRS is an excellent story, and I highly recommend it for those who haven't read it yet. Ah!!! This is the first story on here that I've read in almost three days!!! I was going through withdrawal symptoms!!!! There are so many stories to catch up on, but I wanted to read about Toph first. I definitely see him maturing in this chapter. I'm so glad he seems at peace with everything/everyone around him. His relationship with Gary is moving forward, albeit slowly, but that's ok. No need to rush into anything. It's terrific he has a chance to paint now since he's working at Naomi's. He missed being able to paint whenever he wanted. It's a wonderful idea about him hanging his paintings behind the counter at work. There, everyone who comes in the shop can see them and inquire about them -- his reputation as a great painter will grow. Great chapter, Skinny! Hopefully this isn't the calm before the storm; I know how it is in Skinnyland!

Oh man, I sure hope Galen is ok!!!! The litter box hasn't been cleaned and the poor kitty hasn't eaten...where is Galen???? Yep, karma came and bit Jason in the ass. I'm so glad to read that he's matured as he's gotten older. Even if it is at the ripe old age of twenty-eight! Now he knows what it felt like to Pierre when he found Jason balls deep in some other boy. The wedding is definitely going to be awkward. Awkward, but interesting. I wonder how Corey and Pierre will act towards Jason. Great chapter, Lit!

Matty is a gem, being so kind and patient with Chuck. I knew Chuck's emotions would get the best of him. Matty was sweet with him on that front too. Hey, maybe one day Matty will feel love towards Chuck also...So Matty wants his brother to deflower Chuck, huh? I'm sure Chuck will be fine with that! I'm glad David didn't freak out with his underwater dream, but these dreams are definitely his subconscious telling him something. I would hope that Uncle John and Grandpa 'dealt' with Burch, as Jess suggested, and not someone who is protecting PPF and TWWFSRN, as CG suggested. Then he'd be right; David wouldn't be safe with some other wacko lurking around. Another great chapter, Skinny! Now I'm all caught up! Boo Hiss! lol

Every day? I guess I’ve got a lot to learn about girlfriends! I'd better read the ‘user agreement.’ That had me lol'ing! That was funny! I also like the comment Randy had about David being so far in the closet he lived next door! Seriously though -- I KNEW Randy would see through the David/Alex charade, even though those two don't know it's a charade. Not good that Erik saw David and Twoey making eyes at each other. Especially since he's the dominant one in the relationship. Even Randy could see that. I hope he doesn't get violent with Twoey and start ranting about Twoey being 'his' and no one else's, and he 'owns' Twoey and all that shit. I am proud of Twoey and Erik coming out to their friends. That was cool. Ok, on to the next installment!

Tommy is such a wonderful brother! I think a lot of 13-year-olds would complain about getting up extra early on a holiday, and helping their brother in the shower and then to a friend's house. Of course we know David would do the same exact thing w/o any complaint. These two have such a wonderful, special relationship. I also didn't get the significance of the fish during Turkey Day dinner. Why was Gary getting all emotional? Was it a sign that his uncle is fine and nothing happened to him while on the "Catch/Kill David's Would-be-Killers" quest? Maybe the fish was sent as an indirect message to the family that Uncle John and David's grandpa are fine. Ok, so tell me NO ONE at the dinner table noticed David and Twoey sorta making eyes at each other and then BLUSHING???? lol Damn! If Sam were there he would have noticed! lol Wait, wait, wait!!!!! No mention of Ginny in this chapter -- wasn't she there with Twoey? She and David didn't exchange hugs or anything? What's going on there? Of course SHE would see the eye exchanges between her son and David! I think I understand how Alex is going to fit in and help David. She does have a gay brother, after all. I thought Matty really liked Chuck? I hope he's not just using him. I'm sure since Matty was Chuck's first, Chuck thinks a lot more about Matty -- first loves and all that.

‘Entire family wiped out by food poisoning!’ Haha, that was funny! But...isn't Aunt Sarah David's dad's sister? Not TWWSFRN's sister? Either way, I'm thrilled David will be able to eat at home and not be poisoned! lol Ok, everyone hates Alex. I'm not saying I love her, and I know she's manipulating David and sorta taking advantage of him, but...I have to say, I absolutely LOVED it when Twoey and Erik came in, and she subsequently explained how her older brother is gay and how she hated that he had to hide that fact when he was in high school. I give her lots of extra points for that! I can't wait to find out what Gramps and Gary's uncle have in store! I'm hoping they come down for a visit. It was kinda ominous how he told David he won't have to worry about Burch (can't believe I got his name wrong in a previous review!!!!!), Josiah fucking Coulton, and the other nameless boy again, that they can't hurt him anymore. Wonder what THAT means? lol Ok, on to the next chapter.

Zach only thinks about Zach. He was grumbling about being hungry, made Corey cook for him, didn't offer to help Corey clean up the dishes, made himself comfortable on the couch, 'made' Corey give him a bj, and then took off as soon as he got off. Nice guy. NOT. Corey deserves better than Zach. Definitely dump him before the wedding. Zach is no plus one. And Corey will have enough fun being with all his friends again. Who needs Zach there weighing him down? Besides, Corey might meet someone at the wedding -- who knows? I liked the flashback to when Corey called his father out on his cheating. What an asshole. Great role model he is. His mom's an ass. Sorry to say. As a mom, there is no way I would let any husband of mine kick one of my kids out -- for ANY reason. The husband would go before the kid would go! Gary has it right -- the mom is definitely an enabler. Can't wait for the next chapter, Lit! I hope Gary can hurry up the editing!!! lol

This meeting that Bobby's sperm donor is organizing is definitely not going to be pretty. I'm sure the whole town will show up and only Bobby, Colton, (maybe his folks), Tiff and her grandma, plus all grandma's friends will be against him. They won't stand a chance. Plus Darryl's after them. I'm sure Bobby's sperm donor would even PAY Darryl to beat up the three of them. I'm anxiously waiting for the next installment. Great chapter, Ron!

I absolutely LOVED the fact that it was TOPH, and not YOU, Skinny, mayor and most valued VIP of Skinnyland, who wrote Ian and Miles' story!!! And what a beautiful story it was! I agree with all your other reviewers who said that Toph was pretty distant with both Austin and Nico. Even though Toph and Austin's ease with each other came back pretty quickly, the way they left it, with Toph feeling the 'difference' and knowing they won't be together again, was kind of odd. And with his best friend, Nico -- why would he think they'll break their promise to play tennis together? Or even see each other again at all? Why? He missed Nico, and we know that Nico has missed him. Plus they were (are??) best friends. Why on earth wouldn't they continue to be best friends? Can't Toph have friends from Euphoria as well as New Glory? Does it have to be one or the other? Another awesome chapter, Skinny! You always leave me wanting more!

The scene in the car with Eli and his mom after Doc Hottie's appointment was hysterical! The whole thing when she was teasing him that the hot doc gaver her his phone number really cracked me up! She had me going too! They do have a special relationship, and you can clearly see how much Judge Mom loves her son. Here here! Joey is no friend. He's verbally abusing Chase time and time again, belittling him, and treating him like shit. Poor Chase has no confidence or self-esteem. What the hell is he doing with that kid? I hope Eli can figure out what the hell is going on with Joey and Chase and put an end to Joey (relationship wise ). And now there's more trouble ahead with Bobberson. I'm anxiously awaiting the next installment, Milos!
