I hate to admit this, but I don't know either of those two songs! lol I'm assuming the song by Taylor Swift is an old one, not one of her top 40 songs...and the Joe Nichols' song I never heard of. I'm definitely going to have to YouTube them. lol So...I got to the end and I was like, "Wait, what??!!!" lol Not being too familiar with werewolves and such I wasn't sure what the ending meant. I'm currently editing this story on another site and it has to do with werewolves. The werewolf's mate happened to be a human, and after they were married (they're both male), the human had to turn. Is this the same sort of thing? Rick had to choose to either leave Theo, or to turn and be a wolf? I did love the story and I'm glad the wolf part wasn't in the tags (or did I just miss it?), b/c I'm sure I wouldn't have read it then. Yes, even though I edit a werewolf story doesn't mean I like them! But...I really, really liked this story, so I might have to change my way of thinking. Theo's family was just wonderful. Marcus was just adorable, his mom was great, but his dad really needed to let Rick be. I know he loves him and wants to protect him, but Rick is twenty-five, after all. He's not a little kid anymore. Omg, will Matt ever find out about Theo (and Rick)? Talk about not letting his son meet "strangers", he'll never let his son see his Uncle Ricky again! Yeah, best if Matt never knows. Awesome story, Sasha! Maybe I need to read Born Wolf (that's the name of it, right?) now!

Romeo and Julian - I LOVE it!!! Romeo's so cute and he finally got what he'd been waiting for! I loved seeing Jonah and Ren acting all lovey-dovey!! Yay! More J&R! And more R&J! That chase scene was something else. Romeo's lucky he didn't get knocked off his bike! I'm glad Julian was so appreciative. Hopefully we'll read about their date in the summer antho?

Great poem, Dolores! He hangs with all the girls but dreams about all the boys. I love it!

Wow, Wayne, what an emotional story. I can't believe Tim had a father and siblings that were so insensitive, so hateful, so toxic (if I can borrow that word - it fits perfectly). His mom was the only bright spot in his life until Mike and Valerie came along. What the hell did a bright, warm, and loving woman see in that Neanderthal of a man? How could she live with someone who was so nasty and hateful toward their son? As far as Tim's siblings, only Frank redeemed himself (and that was only due to Sarah, I'm sure). The other two, especially Nick, the cold, heartless bastard, should suffer for not listening to their mother and for not paying her back. Tim is very generous using that money for the children. Nick didn't even care about his own kids. What a prince! Terrific story, Wayne. Very intense, as Ron said. I also loved the flashbacks. Mike had a horrible mother to deny Tim the right to go to his partner's funeral. I'm glad at least Tim had his mom and Valerie on his side.

I loved reading about Elliot and Max's story! I'm so glad they're getting married and Pete's asshole father didn't get away with having Elliot disbarred. This was a great ending to a great series, Val!

Great story, Jian! I really enjoyed it. Isn't it funny when we feel we are slighted, we put the blame on the person(s) we feel slighted us, or rejected us, but when we grow up a bit and hear it from that other person's pov, we realize that person might have been right to set us straight, so to speak. Archie's addiction led to his father's tough love. My best friend had to do that with her daughter, until her daughter went into rehab and stopped using. It's one of the hardest things for a parent to do. Archie didn't even realize that's what his father was doing; he thought his father kicked him out b/c he was gay, and that was not the case. I'm so glad Tommy got in contact with Archie's father and kept him updated on his son's progress. I've never read your stories before, Jian, but I'm going to have to check them out now. I really like how you write.

It's too bad kids who are bullied are so afraid to name their attackers for fear of getting beat up even worse. At least Ms. Garcia and the principal know what's going on, even if they don't know who's doing it. Hopefully with this new opportunity Ezra won't give the bullies a chance to get him. I agree with your other readers who don't think Galen should be encouraging Josh to cheat on Roger, which is exactly what his ex did to him. I do think though, that Josh should wake up and smell the coffee and tell Roger to hit the road. Then, of course, Galen would be free to do whatever with him. Then they could go into any closet and suck face whenever they wanted. But whatever happens, Galen shouldn't pass up an opportunity to learn to ride!

So I stayed up till 12:20 to get all caught up. I didn't realize I only had one chapter to read to do that! lol Kendall's father totally surprised me. In a good way. Now, I really hope he lives so he can mend his relationship with his son and his wife. Kendall has all this anger inside of him that's he's pushed to the back of his mind and talking with his father is going to let it out sooner or later. He needs to deal with this anger and get past it and hopefully realize his father has changed. Thank God for Delroy and his new partner. Great chapter, Gary! Now I can start on Chet's story!!

I'm late to the party yet again! lol Kendall's mom surprised me too, but I'm so glad she did. I bet his father heard everything. There is no way this is going to go well. His father is a cold, hard man. He's going under the knife and he'll need a colostomy bag (my 18-yr-old roommate in college had one up until high school), which of course he is NOT happy about. So add that to his usual cranky self, and add what he overheard Kendall saying, and the next scene should be very explosive. Poor K. Poor M. Another great chapter, Gary! Gotta catch up...

OUCH!!!! OUCH!!!!! and OUCH!!!!! Jesus, Pete, could you be any more callous????? I just want to give Corbs a giant hug and tell him things will get better. I think the Brit is totally confused. Corbin was having such an awesome date with his non-boyfriend, and then that steamy kiss, right in front of anyone who happened to be passing by, and Pete has the NERVE to say he doesn't love our Corbs?????? I think Carrie said it best - 'drunken words spoken are just sober thoughts unhidden', except in this case I think it's more like Pete's drunken actions are what he really wants to do when he's sober. Did that make sense? lol I worked all day and my brain stopped working. Well, Pete really fucked it up this time, didn't he my dear. I know lame, but that song's in my head b/c I heard it on the radio on my way home. lol How many times can Corbin seriously try and try again? That was it. Now Corbs is going to ice Pete again. I wonder if Pete will remember what happened once he sobers up. It's too late now. He's such an idiot!!! He admitted to Corbin that he loves being with him and when he's with him he feels these things he's never felt before (or something like that, I don't remember exactly what he said), and he's always sending out mixed signals - holding Corbin's hand, dancing with him like a date would, kissing him like that (drunk or not drunk - it was still a very meaningful kiss), all just confuse Corbin more. Ugh, I'm just so sad for Corbin. I hope Hutch and Co. don't give him a hard time and all the 'I told you so's'. That will only make him feel worse. On a brighter note, I liked Carrie's idea of Corbin and Lee working out!!! Maybe they're too much alike and it wouldn't work out. I just can't keep up with Corbin's manipulation and schemes to get what he wants. lol Terrific chapter, Jon! Definitely worth the wait!

Robin!!!!! I'm so glad you're posting this story on here too! I saw you updated the latest chapter on the other site. Poor Ezra. I just want to hug him and tell him everything will be ok. I'm glad there are people at the school who want to help him. I just wish he would fess up and tell them who's beating him up. Looking forward to the next chapter!

I was thinking the same thing as Addy; in fact, I was going to start this review with: I must have missed a few chapters b/c I don't remember a 'Sara' and I especially don't remember Casey dating anyone. I thought he was into James, even though James obviously didn't know this. I also didn't remember where other jocks listened to Casey or didn't want to mess with him. My beginning impressions on Casey were riding his back when he moved to town a few months ago. He was thrilled when he met James and his mom, Jessie, he was thrilled when James taught him how to shoot an arrow, and then that whole unpleasantness with Casey's prick of a sperm donor, and the subsequent fire using James' camping stove (that's what it was, right?). Then his house burns down and people learn that he's living there alone. James stuck his neck out for his friend and helped him by recommending him to Carol and Jim, and the various other things he did for Casey w/o Casey even knowing until someone told him (can't remember who - the cop?). Now suddenly only a few months later, he all but forgotten James, he's calling Carol and Jim, mom and dad, and he has a girlfriend. Huh? lol At least he's still friends with Sam. But reading what your response was to Cannd's review, I guess this is the kind of lukewarm response you expected? Damn, and I just noticed that I'm all caught up! Looking forward to the next installment, Rusty!

How did I miss all these new chapters?? lol James is such a polite kid. Very smart too. The coach knew he was right; he knew he couldn't argue with James' logic. I wish Casey had seen how much his words hurt James. And I don't understand why Casey sounded angry - what was that about? James has helped him tremendously a few months ago, why would Casey be upset with him? I thought they were good now. Ok, on to the next chapter.

Great chapter, Billy!! I love Sammy's uncle - he sounds like he's a great support system for Sammy, along with Sammy's dad, of course. What exactly is a vision quest though? Is that like the old movie with Matthew Modine? lol I do feel like Andy would be the best person Sammy could talk to about his feelings. I love the way JT has really matured since living with Andy and his dad. I'm really enjoying reading about Andy and Co. I have missed those guys. Like your other readers, I'm also worried about the asshole Evan being on the loose. He tried to kill his brother once, what's to stop him again from trying? And not only his brother, he also has it in for Sammy. I'm looking forward to the next installment, Billy!

I like CG's assessment of the chapter! I, too, would like to see Brandon leave his old asshole ways behind. l can't imagine how stressful that first day back was for Oscar. Not only is he scarred mentally, but physically now too, and everyone can see his body is still in the process of healing, and it will be a long process at that.

What a great chapter, Gary!! Chet is really a wonderful guy and I hope that Michael can figure out how to get his friend and Chet to meet. lol I was very pleasantly surprised to find out that one of Michael's fellow cops and the HR manager are gay too. This is a tough call for Kendall regarding his 'father'. I can't imagine that things are going to go smoothly with his family.

Oh how depressing! Galen finally meets someone who could take his mind off the cheating scum, Jamie, only to find out he's taken! Great writing, Val!
