Tarquin may need Oliver, but does Oliver need Tarquin?

That was quite the bombshell Atlas dropped.... Not sure what Atlas is trying to be/do... Loved that Nora, for the lack of better words, put it to him... The Grey Bastards keep popping up, interesting...then there is Oliver Tharwell, what does he bring to this table?

From a previous chapter, you were educating us on LOBO loans, and I suspect the trail of angry investors will want their pound of flesh. What bothers me is who else, family/friends, is tied into the bankruptcy papers and proceedings, should it come to pass... “The one hundred and twenty million is transferred for the solar farms, the bankruptcy papers are standing by.” Strickland reported. “One hundred and fifty townships across Ontario have graciously taken out the LOBO loans to support the initiative. You are in position, and primed should anything go wrong.” Where is the money now? Who will tell/inform Tarquin of his standing once the nuptials conclude, and how soon? Inquiring minds need to know... Oliver is still a wild card...humm...is he up to something???
