Perseverance should be the word of the day, as important as their studies are, their relationship is as important if not more important than everything else. The were smart to find time to carve out special moments, by letting off a bit of pressure they will find refocusing much easier! -

I would title this chapter "Bittersweet" and you captured the very essence of that word! -
Early days yes, both on Gaea and in communication with others off world...I would be hesitant to do more than communicate, not knowing the true extent of their conditions, aspirations and political/technical development. Ian continues along with his brothers to amaze the heck out of me... Keep feeding your muse!!!

I suspect this will be a brief stop once Rym learns of his location. He's landed on his feet and will be able to learn and absorb the information that will help him along the way. His skills are needed, and one wonders if he will travel to other villages...

Thank you for this, it is/was appreciated. Every author hopes to engage his readers, and boy oh boy you certainly engaged this reader as you could tell from my comments...To that, I say Job well done! I look forward to what comes next, and I would like the following... or the supplementary short stories in chronological order (which would mean some short stories interspersed between the novels). I hope in the continuation Killian remembers his drivers ed classes before getting behind the wheel, otherwise I'm taking the keys...Just sayin...
