At the end of the day Quinn is less than 10 days from being 18. There were no signs of a struggle at the apartment or any sort of ruckus at the school. Given the preponderance of other crime issues that the local constabulary have on the books, this isn't/shouldn't raise an all-out APB...as there are more serious matters to be investigated, given the fact the mother 'stole' funds belonging to both Orion and Quinn, that alone sheds reasons enough, to not take Q's disappearance seriously, probably thought of as a "heat of the moment argument"... That's my story and I'm sticking to it.....

I'd say Killian's father was a piece of shite, but that would be insulting to shite... Hopefully the hospital reports the beating, I may be wrong, but I believe that they are required to do so by law...at least the beating will be a matter of record... What was Killian's father at the memorial service, as noted previously, while he's running for reelection, trolling for votes does not make sense, we now know there was plenty of publicity, methinks Killian needs to talk to at least one of the newspapers, with pictures of the bruising. Thank goodness Killian has a place to go, will Mom follow with Killian's belongings...if she is allowed to do so? Is she even safe in her own home??? At the risk of repeating myself, she needs the prestigious legal firm, Dewey, Cheetham, and Howe to begin the process of emasculating dear old dad... Once again, I'd say Killian's father was a slimeball but that would be insulting to slimeballs... And Asher, someone needs to check up on him ASAP!!!

Well now....some thoughts as I adjust to being back from the left coast on vacation.... Seth's and Killian's attacker was solidly built... Then we discover that notes were left in Seth's locker...3 that we know of, printed off a computer printer, one belonging to the school??? If so, would there be a record of what each printer was doing, in my former place of employment when we upgraded printers/copiers, our IT Department had to remove the brains of each and they were brought to a firm that would destroy them, while they were there to observe...more importantly, if a school printer/copier was used, there will be a record buried somewhere on the network... I'm not completely convinced on Asher, what works in his favor is that Killian doesn't react to his voice... Killian's father, he's hiding something, more importantly, and I'd be judging this on his so-called record, if he's running for office in a homophobic town, the service is last place he should show up to...not many votes in that crowd... Zack and Jessie, where were they that late afternoon/early evening???? Then, why the supposed lack of interest in investigating, so quick to brush it under the carpet...Is Killian's father involved in this as well?? Once Killian hears that voice again, his life will be in grave danger, I'm not sure he could hide his surprise/recognition.... "What? How do you know?” “He kind of stopped when he saw who I was. He was going to kill me, too, but then he got a good look at me and just froze. He said ‘Shit,’ jumped up, and ran.”

@VBlew, now that would be a fitting gut punch to find out Dave's partner hasn't a frigging clue either.... Our protagonist needs to get hisself to a lawyer once he clears the garbage from his head and life...He needs to take the asswaffle to the cleaners.... Dave, and Gary for that matter are two of the lowest lifeforms imaginable, the nerve of Dave riding that road of betrayal for starters, I think the word I'm looking for is chutzpah, and these two have it in spades....here's hoping they both come down with an incurable rash down there!!!!

This story is chock full of troublemakers...thake your pick, Todd, Anthony, dear old Dad, Barrett, jobs and whatnot... To me the following sort of suggest the real culprit....

Barrett is a first class dofus...2 weeks...really... Is Dad having an epiphany??? Anthony, just a cheeseburger and a large order of fries from meeting his maker...

I think both Orion and Quinn suffer from DSB, (Deadly Semen Back-up) and should be forced to rub one out twice before bed and three times before work... I get the feeling something has to give and hopefully there isn't any blood splatter...
