Another Psycho Visit and Finally a Breakthrough
drsawzall commented on Lee Wilson's story chapter in Another Psycho Visit and Finally a Breakthrough
I think that Adam has been given a tool to help him gain control over his fears...Loving the fact that Derek is working the children's ward even though it can come with its own set of issues... There is a bit of serendipity in Jeremy visiting his father in jail after selling his house, I hope Jeremy reminds his father that he will never have to worry about opening another door for the rest of his miserable life... -
Doors are opening for the boys and Harry and good fortune is smiling. It will take work and effort, but the rewards will be incalculable. Now on to the show and paying their good luck forward!!

Well...Russ made his feelings pretty clear, and he's craving a 'semi-normal' relationship where his income is secondary, to say the least...Now on to the meeting with the solicitors... Brian shook his head, “Thanks, but no. If things change, then I’ll let you know. To go back to the holiday. Erm, we'll be on our own, won't we?" "Bugger yes, of course, just the three of you. Thing was, would you object if I dropped in, just for a day or so?" "And stay?" "Well, there's space. It's just I enjoyed hanging out on Saturday at your folks’ and wondered if you'd be up for a visit." They looked at each other, Brian recalled his Mother's comments. "We wouldn't be able to do anything, I don't want Toby around, even in another room, if the three of us are going at it." "Bloody hell, no! Besides, that's certain to put me off my stride. No, I'd just drop in." "We'd have to check everything with Toby, as it's his holiday too. He might prefer his Dad to himself, what with the way things have been." "Shit, of course. Look, I just thought it might be fun. I'm not usually around children, I've never had friends with kids, certainly not one like Toby that I can talk to." Brian laughed, "Talk to or be talked at?" Russ smiled, "There is that, but it beats having to try and make conversations about the latest Transformers or something", he made an exaggerated groaning noise. "And I've never had friends that I fuck, things have always been separate. So…"

Chapter 20 No Guarantees
drsawzall commented on Headstall's story chapter in Chapter 20 No Guarantees
Another title for this chapter could have been Carthasis. Demons and wolves were being slain; things were beginning to be organized in his mind as Jubal rode under the missing, pesky branch... On the ride back from town, Jubal came to a better understanding of the townsfolk and the questions. Rather than let the story grow and morph into something salacious, yes that Grade A twit who asked about sleeping arraignments got put in his place, Jubal was clear and concise as needed in his explanations and retelling. Folks in Bearpaw are a sober bunch, and I am sure the idiot who was impertinent will feel the silent approbation of his neighbors, for soiling a necessary and good deed in dealing with the Prescott's. Jubal's bank account of goodwill with the townsfolk is overflowing and he simply has begun to realize it. For all the good that exists in the world of Bearpaw, dealing with the wolves and one smarmy no-account A-hole, serves as a potent reminder that life can be harsh wherever you may be. This was another seminal chapter Gary, and I am loving all the undercurrents...it was almost like a baptism as they crossed the river, would have loved to see Pistol roll iffin the circumstances and day were a tad different. Rare is the horse that would stand between her rider and a wolf... Have I mentioned my extreme distaste for the shiny man??? Why do I suspect he may end up a progenitor and spawn a certain political breed??? One fine-dressed man—looking all shiny—even asked if that was where he slept at night. Jubal suspected right off he knew what the fellow really be interested in and what he might be suggesting sly-like, so he turned away after saying he slept in the old cabin, it being just fine for a man what was just a cowboy used to sleeping outside on dirt.- 53 comments

Ok all you haters...the jury has crawled out from under the rocks they were hiding under and are pretty danged close to a decision... Hats off to @kbois for some of the best concurrent chapters for pacing, suspense, angst, and generally setting one heck of battle...Tho if you killed, bumped off or otherwise wrote Reilly off...I'd take it all back in a frigging heartbeat!!!

A Condo, a Psychologist, and More Time With Dad
drsawzall commented on Lee Wilson's story chapter in A Condo, a Psychologist, and More Time With Dad
I'm thinking it is time for some 'adult' time but the dynamic of bringing a boyfriend home may upset the fragile dynamic with Dominic, it is early days yet and to me it is a situation to slowly ease into. Now if we are going out with the specific reason to do some bow-chicka-bow-wow to vent and purge the tubes in a one-night service station, go for it I say...just don't want to see a neanderthal meeting Dom... -
Read on, there is more to come!

The plot, whatever it may be...thickens...who are they rescuing???
