I just don't see as Cosmo as being unredeemable... The degree to which Cosmo would appear to share that perspective was something that I continually revisited and revised during the course of writing this story.

An amazing chapter, glad to see Steve was given good advice about having any further incidents 'recorded'!!! I sympathize with Brandon, and he was fortunate to have a last moment with his mother. Mine had been lost in the throes of dementia and in her final days placed on 'comfort care'...I was at her bedside on her last day, surprisingly she woke, took my hand and clearly told me how much she loved me, and quietly passed.

Can't disagree with any of the comments above, that Keith was able to come out of such a background is amazing! Thomas is just the right panacea for Keith's soul and well being!

Like all the comments above and as noted before, I thought there had to have been something else in Oscars make-up or background that had him reacting so strongly...and I still wonder... Then there is this that has me scratching my head as to why.. my grandparents informed me that my parents and siblings had no idea of this recent purchase and that they would like to keep it that way, so I agreed to say nothing about what I had seen today.

Wonder how many red herrings are named after Bart or any other form of Bartholemew....

I'd almost be willing to pay to see a video of their first night together...talk about a match made in H E double LL... What are the odds both have a knife at each other's throats before the first article of clothing fell to the floor...

Cosmo has some tough choices to make and if his internal dialogue is any indication he is moving away from Elisabetta in increments. If I had to guess his connection to her is almost severed as he realizes she wouldn't mind going out in a so-called blaze of glory... I think he sees that isn't the way he wants to go...the struggle now is, can he find redemption by doing the right thing??? Can Elisabetta be fixed, is there any hope for her? Did Elisabetta really want them to embark on a wayward life together, or was that just talk? It had almost sounded like she wanted to go out in a blaze of glory. Does she really think that would be… cool?
