Zune must feel like he's just been through a tornado. At least Kevin was there to cuddle up our shock victim. Poor Zune, what an overload! And then there's Uncle Matt, -who's his daddy! I'd be inclined to stay in bed for a week. -
Things look bleak for Trevor and Shane. With the sharks circling, how are they even going to get to Lisa & Joel without a confrontation? They're way outgunned, outnumbered...everything. In the middle of a hurricane too. A category 5 storm. You do like a challenge, don't you?

This was an emotional tale, sad, but also sweet. Jesse's life had surely has had some extremes. He had the love of his mother, and an opportunity to enjoy horses that he has a special gift with. It's a shame he didn't do better with school and the bullies, and an asshole stepfather ,but he did make one friend. Then to have it all taken away from him and find himself alone and homeless at 15. I imagine we'll see more of him when he comes into Zak & Friends' orbit.

I'm relieved to know Zak'll be fine. It looks like there'll be plenty of help around for any new emergencies, or treacherous relations. Come what may, it's good to have security handy. I wonder how long it'll take Spin to set off one of those panic buttons? ...And then there's this baby...hmmm...We'll need a miniature horse for that one, won't we?

What a cast of characters! The rapport between them is hilarious. Bedtime in the bathhouse coming next. The prospect has me smiling already. Piri is a scream, with his naked graffiti artist, idealistical, anarchistic self, -I wonder what sort of hookerwear he's wearing under that furry coat? I love it!

Zack has a quick wit around Mattie and Caroline, it's a shame he's so shy with Gerard. I like the banter between him and Mattie, -it makes me like Zack, and know that he's not all just a bundle of nervousness and insecurities. I want to see more of that come out in his character.

Hmmm...This is an interesting chapter. Gabe proves his love for Uzzi, -a bit late. Then Passa'el does something with that rainbow magic again. I begin to think that that rainbow energy's just a little capricious. It makes me wonder what it really did with Micha'el, I mean, did it atomize him? Time will tell. Now the big question: What did that last remark mean? It seems Uzzi's worried.

It looks like nature has paired the guys off, and you shouldn't mess with Mother Nature, should you? Nature usually gets her way. There's chemistry between the boys in both pairs, but it seems stronger with Sam and Daniel. Both pairs are such contrasting people though, could they really work out? My guess is that none of the guys is going to be good with sleeping rough in the woods, will any of them even know how to start a fire without burning down the whole forest?

Yes, that is quite a literal cliffhanger. Lance is a wicked, self-serving bitch! There can't be much salvation for anyone like him who believes that murder isn't murder if nobody sees it. Sam may be falling into a dark chasm, but Lance is already there! More surprises ahead before Sam makes it out of the cavern? This is quite an adventure! -
OK, so we're lulled into a state of relief with Zak's well-being only to be thrown by another cliffhanger. I'd call that a double!

It would seem that if things were logical, that Daniel and Michael should room together. But that'd be way too easy, wouln't it? Where's any fun in that? That would be boring, and I think you have better plans...

These guys remind me of an old sitcom 'The Odd Couple', -Felix and Oscar. Both were fun, but there was a basic difference between them that was unchangeable: one was a slob, and the other a compulsive neat freak. That difference between them was an integral component to the humor in the series. I can see this story taking things well beyond all that, but seriously, 9pm bedtime and no booze -in a modern college dorm? Daniel will neeed to get over that, or move.

This chapter gives me a clearer view of Sam's past. I couldn't help but wonder about his life before Malden, and it's nice to get to know about who he loves, and what he sacrificed to leave his family, -And then end up living in a cave with that nasty, vengeful pill of a roomate who wants him dead. Little Joe is adorable, and I'd like to see more of him in the story, since he may end up having a much needed skill set with his runic earth talents. But Mom would probably come unglued over the prospect of having both her babies put in such danger... I'm really enjoying this story, -thanks!

Bitch fight in the wheatfield! Claude may have finally gained a purpose, but Guy has always had one, though it seems to have gone a bit too grand. As to who wins the argument, who can say? Claude's nature is to backslide and land wherever...

Another pleasant surprise at the end of this chapter puts Tanner back in the picture, and that was nice, - since I like him. But then I suspect that you may just be lulling us into a happy calm before the toxic relations hit like a lightning bolt out of a clear blue sky...

I'm glad that Calvert saw reason and didn't make a big fuss. Now they're back at sea, with more pressing matters at hand. I wouldn't want to be in the governor's shoes when the Spanish back home find out how he made matters worse and paid so much out anyway. There's a French privateer yet to be found, isn't there? I wonder if Humphreys and Fitzwilliams know anything about them?

I like your new story, with the zippy dialogue, the bizarre setting, and sexual tension. You hooked me.

I'm happy to see another chapter, and especially glad that Alexi managed not to freak out too much over the lecture series. Maybe that will help him later with his stage fright, but some people, even well known performers, never get rid of it altogether. They just find ways to cope. Joshua is so good for Alexi, he's a very observant, caring man. I'm curious about the grandparents. If all else fails, Alexi can just tell them how they met, -about Josh saving his life, and they'll love him. Now I wonder what kind of characters these relatives of Alexi's turn out to be. Just a bit eccentric maybe? Dazzle us!

First off, I want a Wanna. ...and a grav sofa. A pool would be nice too, but only if it's self-cleaning. Of course any extra intelligence around my house would be most welcome too, since there's a deficiency. These K74 guys are really villainous, especially the Martian. I'm glad the new AI formally of K74 will be working with Wirrin, since he'll be a wealth of info. It seems everyone appreciates Wirrin's mind and instincts, -he's a treasure.

The arbiter? I'm fascinated by this new creature. I've thought of about 20 different things it could be, and they're probably all wrong. We'll see it again, and I'm more sure of that, and not likely over for a social shot of vodka either! (Picture him coming over for a polite snort in his shimmering carbon finery and giving a recital,... and mind the crystal!) Hartly seems to be hopelessly mad, and more than focused. He won't be invited to the party! And who is 'She'? More myateries... Seriously, I enjoyed every bit of this chapter, a always.

This chapter gives us George Grainger in peak form as we watch him deal with the Spanish. The contrasting negotiations with the messengers shows his talents best, but his way of winning over the young American made me laugh. It's a shame that Calvert chose a moment like this to become all silly. Will he ever grow up?
