Idaho is over, and I know Micah is still lost, but he made one friend, who he may
never see again, and who may end up on the streets soon. The school seems to be
a place where parents get rid of their problem boys, but does nothing to support
or prepare them for life ahead. I wonder in Micah will ever be able to rebuild a
relationship with that stupid woman he calls a mother. She'll never change, and
even though he has, and matured, he doesn't want to go back to that concert life.
Betty can't settle for an ordinary Micah, and he probably knows more about what
he doesn't want than what he does. I wonder how long the parents will support him
if he doesn't play their way. They've already lost one son. You'd think they'd learn.
