    Chapter 1

I'm impressed with the way Mickey gradually turned his life around so he was ready for Tad when he came back.

    Restless

I hope Zeke can still remember he loves Markus. And no more love bites.

    Chapter 12

Donnie is a much better fit for Buddy, and Kyle seems to be attracted to Andre. But I'm sure they'll fuck it all up by being silly drama queens.

    Chapter 11

Well, that was interesting. Donnie turns out to be a much better person than Kyle. And yes, his dad made a huge mistake in hiding his roots. Now he has to deal with two arrogant and snooty kids. As I expected Buddy was not happy to hear about Kyle and his dad.

    Story

It was hilarious how John was so besotted he hadn't even noticed Kiron was in a wheel chair. I'm glad they both went for the honest conversation instead of continued assumptions and misunderstandings.
  6. Lucky you, then you can binge read all the chapters at once. There were a lot of frustrated waiting for Saturday going on back then. Oh, wait there is now too, for book 4.
  7. Thanks - I think. Yeah, I'm hoping more people will read those stories, they hold so many more great things which I couldn't fit into the review. When I was going through reader comments to find one to quote, I came across yours and immediately knew I didn't have to look further. It captures everything I want to say.

    The Butler

Nope, edits for chapter 29 and the epilogue just landed in your mailbox.

    The Butler

Jeez, dude, now all the hungry birds are gonna peck me instead of you. (just kidding )
  10. No need to apologize, it was started ages ago and mostly for my own benefit. But I'm rather proud of my list of story reviews, so it's fun to draw attention to it once in a while. As well as using one of the nice new features of the site. for checking it out and leaving a comment. That made my day.
  11. I'm going to make all the author names into @mention tags. It will take a while, because I can only do them one at a time by editing the blog. The posting editor refuses to do more than one @mention at a time.
  12. You're welcome. I'm glad we managed to surprise you and that you liked the review. I hope it will gain you some new readers. I'd be very disappointed if you didn't know how I feel about Alex, snce that would mean none of my rants had worked.
  13. You're much too nice and forgiving, just like Tony. I only rant when provoked by the characters. (sorry about the emoticons in the review being messed up)

    Chapter 2

The connection between the two friends has been forged from a multitude of special memories and moments where they shared their thoughts and feelings without too much worry about acceptance. Lee may have been unable to share his deepest secret, but he trusted Chuck in all other ways.' I can understand the resentment of having large areas of the island unavailable to the inhabitants. But on the other hand, the military prevents the nature from being overrun by tourists or sold for development. What if the whole area around the Kilauea volcano had stayed a national park or become a military zone instead of being converted into housing plots? Then the eruption and lava flow would have been a minor inconvenience rather than a major disaster. In Denmark, where most of the land is heavily influenced by humans, military areas are often some of the best nature reserves, in spite of the occasional army exercise with tanks etc.

    Sushant

Oh ! Now I understand Sushant was only joking.

    Sankturi

Oh well, at least he's still alive, and I think he'll come up with a way to escape and eventually get his revenge.
  17. Looks good, I can't see any mistakes. Well done.
  18. We finally have overcast skies and may even get a bit of rain but not nearly enough to compensate for the worst drought in decades. It's been way too hot and dry for weeks. I can sympathize with not get any writing done. I really need to pull myself together. A new reader has begun leaving wonderful comments on my Clueless Camping story, which is both inspiring and motivating.
  19. @NimirRaj You make some very good points, and indeed as you'll discover Russ and Jacob are not the same at Evan and Chris, due to subtle differences in their characters. Not only for the twins, but for their boyfriends too. Your point about Russ needing to be more confident and independent is spot on, and I think it will be a long time before they ever go down that path, if ever. Perhaps as something to play with once they have more experience with each other. But I've gradually come to realize that my main purpose of bringing the topic up here is (spoiler)
  20. Yes, the twins have set out on a difficult journey, but at least they have devoted and supportive boyfriends. Your thoughts about Evan being dependent on Chris are interesting, and I'm wondering whether their mother will have the same reaction. If so, she has the means to do something about it. Oh, and here you did get some on Evan's reasons for not coming out to his brother before now. But I think there was another: not wanting to influence Russ in any way, since Evan is well aware of how much his brother relies on him. I think if Russ had ever given the slightest hint, Evan would have jumped on the chance, but as we know Russ was completely oblivious. Thank you for reading and commenting.
  21. Wow, thank you for this wonderful comment. I love your thoughts about Russ being hung up on his brother's looks, and about them being able to bond over being gay. You're absolutely right about Evan holding back on his twin, when he should have trusted him. I'll note down your observation as something the twins may have to discuss at some point, so we can hear Evan's reasons.

    Gangtok

LOL you can blame yourself for creating so many silly bigoted characters who hold ridiculous opinions that I've come to expect them as inevitable. Also, I have no understanding of subtle humor, since I tend to take things literally (probably due to autistic tendencies). But I'm glad Sushant was an intelligent and sensitive guy, since that made Frankie's attraction a lot more logical.

    Now or Never

I don't know those books. Are they any good ?
  24. I came across this article today and it made me think of your blog. https://edition.cnn.com/2018/06/06/us/hurricanes-slowing-wxc/index.html I'm not sure whether they got the reason right or not, but at least they looked at data from many decades.
  25. I know the story you want. It's Pandora by Cari Z.
