I can only find this in Danish, perhaps because a Danish doctor and institute headed the study: https://www.dr.dk/nyheder/viden/studie-af-74567-samlejer-slaar-fast-hiv-positive-i-behandling-kan-ikke-smitte Basically the story says that after checking gay couples in Europe who had unprotected sex (almost 75,000 anal intercourses) and where one partner was HIV positive but medically regulated so as to have no active virus in their blood, they did not find a single instance where the HIV negative partner was infected.

Chapter 101 Back to School
Timothy M. commented on Dodger's story chapter in Chapter 101 Back to School
That will teach Robbie to do all his preparations for school in an old T-shirt and put the nice one on just before he leaves the house. I'm glad his day went OK, and the teachers are supportive. He should repeat Mrs Reigor's words at home and tell Sue and Don how much he appreciated having supportive adults in his life. Robbie also needs to develop a pair and tell Nathan exactly what he thinks of his behavior when he's being annoying. It's not fair on Nathan, especially when he asks for his opinion. Rory is cool. -
story review Featured Story: Blood of the Neko
Timothy M. commented on Cia's blog entry in Gay Authors News
Both Neko stories are good, but I like this one best. Your review makes me want to read it again, Lit. -
Oh well, I'm 54 and I still get it wrong at times. At least, we know why. Before I realized (around your age) I just thought I was socially inept for no good reason.

I finally found the place, and the exchange with Doug makes me think Liam would have preferred to tell him the truth if he had tried gay sex, even without any details.
-
No problem @Carlos Hazday I can understand your exasperation on the matter. I like your stories exactly because they don't conform to silly Victorian morals. Yes, we do. Liam admitted to Doug he had never kissed a boy and was a virgin regarding gay sex. Unless you're thinking about his experiences with girls.
-
Very true, but Liam wasn't doing that. He passed no judgement on Mason and he didn't say casual sex was wrong. He said that in a relationship between two who love each other, sex isn't the only thing they share and want from each other. He was trying to convince Neil that he wouldn't prefer casual sex with others to what they have. But I agree with you that it didn't sound like something coming from a teen. It was much too mature in some ways, while the part about sex being about your own pleasure was the voice of inexperience. Perhaps Liam has been reading things which made him think like this, and gave him those images. But he didn't use them - and nor did Graeme - to vilify casual sex. Or at least I didn't feel that way, and I'm as much a fan of casual sex and threesomes and fun as you are. A true Dane https://satwcomic.com/good-to-see-you-australia last picture

writing prompts Writing Prompts #684 & #685
Timothy M. commented on Cia's blog entry in Writing World
Ohhh, Dating Death, now that would be an interesting story to write. No stop it, you're not allowed to write anything but your unfinished stories. -
Tillykke med fødselsdagen fra Danmark @Valkyrie You could let Mann have a night with your man herd as a birthday present.

Yes, I noticed that too. Perhaps it's because it's a domestic flight ?

Uhm, Mason will be surprised when he meets other Leopards, then. Eg Ross and Todd. Or even other forwards from GWS or from the Swans. And why didn't he have this thought when he met Kevin ? As far as I recall Deon is short for a forward, but makes up for it by jumping well and having excellent timing. Did you forget this small detail ? If so, your dedicated fan(s) will waste no time reminding you. I can see Mason is slowly edging closer to buying the unit next to Liam and Clarissa's place. I checked and it has three bedrooms. If he can tell his dad he'll be sharing with two professional football players who can pay rent and thus provide income to pay for some of the costs of buying, it may help convince his parents. Also, they'll probably all agree to install some security features, as Deon and Kevin will prefer not to be bothered by fans and journalists. I'm glad Clarissa has plans to spend time with Daphne. I think it would be good for both of them if she knows. Clarissa needs a crusade in her life, and taking on bigots who are nasty to Kevin's girlfriend sounds perfect. I shall have to go back and read the parts about Greg in the light of the revelation he's autistic. I know several people who are on the higher end of the spectrum (myself included) and Liam and Dexter's explanations make a lot of sense. Luckily, we all like rules, and once we get the proper behavior drilled into us by family, friends or teachers, we can usually cope with social situations - at least for a span of time. Great chapter - when do you start posting every Saturday ?

I think Ember and Brady are great as a team and Brady should man up and tell Ember how he feels. Novy and A.J. are cool together and something the guys can bond over. Brady needs to relax about Gordon dating Linda, then his friend may stop being an uptight jerk.

Chapter 15 Dinner with friends
Timothy M. commented on Timothy M.'s story chapter in Chapter 15 Dinner with friends
Yes, I haven't been specific about the nasty family stuff, but it's all in my notes, just ask @Kitt Basically, most of Patrick's older relatives on both sides are money-grabbing, bigoted snobs, and they disliked his parents. Patrick knew most of them didn't care about his grief. There are exceptions, which will become clear, when I get on with the story. for reading and leaving likes and comments. It does inspire me to get back to writing. -

I agree. I love that clip, it is so clever and funny, unlike most thank you speeches. -
Chapter 11 Visits and meetings
Timothy M. commented on Timothy M.'s story chapter in Chapter 11 Visits and meetings
Hmm good question. With modern DNA techniques it might be possible to find the answer. But I think it more likely Peter is the first male of his family to conquer a Celt. (We don't know what Alice has been doing.) -
The washing scene was very tender and caring, but then I suddenly thought of this SATW comic and I started to laugh. But I'm very glad Jay and Mikey had a wonderful anniversary. Nice to check in with the other guys, but poor Denny will have to wait for his appointment. Great chapter, min ven.

I think Luke's grandfather knew Luke was mature enough to understand the purpose and potentials of a camera and the idea of 'shots of the heart.' And Luke immediately proved him right by having that talk with his cousin. Of course, his subsequent use of the camera also showed the wisdom of granddad who will probably be delighted it led to Luke finding his special friend. The boy seems to be everything Luke needs, including an interest in taking pictures of cute guys.

Weekly Wrap Up (July 08 - July 14th)
Timothy M. commented on wildone's blog entry in Gay Authors News
I think @wildone did a really good job. (I know you were only joking.) -
Christmas Eve and Day can be quite lonely for old people, especially if they are not able to join any family gathering, because it's too noisy or far away. But phone calls can be very welcome as well as cards or emails reminding them they are not forgotten. Eric has had the first taste of real friendship and perhaps next year Brian will invite him for Christmas lunch, if they become closer friends. I think Eric did well in apologizing for not taking Andy's offer to visit on Boxing Day seriously. I hope they have a nice time.
-
Brian probably enjoyed showing his ability and at the same time he recalled having to learn, so he was a much better teacher than a young impatient person (like Andy). I'm proud of Eric for not giving up and for actually talking to Brian and telling Andy all about it on the phone.

Timothy M. commented on Cia's blog entry in Gay Authors News
I recall being completely fascinated by the first book in the series, even though it was tough going at times. I think I'll have to read this one again, because I don't really remember much. Great review, Parker.- 7 comments

If this is your reaction to me ranting, I shall have to do it some more. I promise to do a long positive comment if Robbie gets his act together.

I want to write short stories, I really do. But I get too attached to my characters and I want to know and tell more about them. My readers are no help, they're always asking me to continue the story.

Chapter 21 of Leopards Leap - the only chapter I wasn't able to comment on. And you owe me for having to look it up.
