    Chapter 2

So he let the nasty bully go and went on to kill the nice clerk. This was where I gave up on Justin and this story.
  2. I'm finding it hard to comment on the last two chapters. On one hand I'm glad Oli and Boris are slowly settling into a loving relationship. And Oli may become content with all the choices he has had to made to compromise, because evetually they led to Boris. On the other hand it upsets me how badly he's been hurt by his parents' choices. Eg there are obviously other werewolves in UK, but Alex has probably chosen not to be in touch with them (maybe because they despise him and hate his guts). If Oli knew other shifters maybe some of them would have happened to live near Cambridge and he would have had a place to stay while he studied there. Or if his parents loved him, they might have moved closer to Cambridge - but it clearly was so far out of the question, that Oli didn't even mention his achievement of getting accepted. But at least he has love and acceptance now - and someone who understands the sorrow of parents who betray you while doing what they think is best for you.

    Chapter 9

I'm beginning to like Clarissa, even if she is an evil bitch at times. And Neil will be in seventh heaven when his idol suddenly takes an interest in him. But I think Todd may be the one who'll make the biggest difference. He's so cool, I hope he gets in to a career as a teacher or a coach when he stops playing football. Could you have him go to the school thing with Jim please?
  4. I think you may be right, but it's difficult to know, since we haven't seen much of JJ yet. What I like about him, is his self-restraint and ability to see how he should act to achieve his purpose. Eg the way he knew not to go and knock on Alex's door after the discussion with Matt. He doesn't always work things out intellectually, but instinctively JJ knows that he needs to hold back and let Alex pursue him, and he prevents himself from doing what he wants emotionally in order to gain an advantage. In his way JJ is as manipulative and clever as Alex is perceived to be by many readers.
  5. I love it when I'm right: Will didn't interfere in the situation with JJ and Alex (except to tell Brad to back off - and JP backed him up). JJ told all of them to mind their own business. But I'm slightly disappointed in Stef, he used to have better instincts.

    Epilogue

Nice epilogue, but too short and I still feel cheated that we didn't get the rest of the story. I'm still wondering about how Greg's parents reacted, and I wanted to see them back up at the resort as a couple and confident about socializing with the nice crowd (as opposed to the snobs).

    Chapter 10

Considering how worried Greg has been about coming out, he's certainly having a lot of fun doing it, LOL. And of course Dan will take things slowly, I'm almost insulted on his behalf that Greg doesn't trust him at first. On the other hand, I'd like to see a bit of the slow steps.

    Chapter 9

Well, I guess you can call this a chapter of revelations. I loved the idea of Greg teasing Paul about his faulty gaydar, even if it is a bit evil. And although he psuhed the limits a bit with asking Dan whether he fancied him, Greg did at least come out to him straight afterwards.

    Chapter 8

This chapter is really building up the suspension with the tension between the guys, I feel sorry for Greg at having two huge surprises thrown at him at the same time, but at least anything he confesses after that will be almost anticlimatic, lol.

    Chapter 7

I'm not sure I follow Suvitar's line of reasoning here: why would Chris and Paul know whether Dan is gay? In any case I like him for being sensible and a good friend, both to Garrett and Greg. And it's very telling how Greg keeps comparing Dan to Paul.

    Chapter 6

Oh man, this was such a happy chapter, including Paul getting friendlier towards Dan and the you had to ruin the whole might with the cliff hanger ! Anyway, Dan still impresses me with his kindness and intelligence, and Greg is still being considerate but also quite clear about things which annoy him.

    Chapter 5

I'm glad Greg mostly had a good time with a few moments of speculation thrown in. Kelly gets on my nerves at times, but she genuinely cares about Dan so this makes up for her silly teasing. Of course she has no idea about Paul having issues, but she ought to catch on to the fact that she's making him unconfortabe and Dan's comment about her refusing to stop even when told how she's making her victims feel was certainly not a compliment !

    Chapter 4

Ooops, angry Di and contrite Rob is not a good combination ! I like Greg for trying to help both of them deal with the situation. His sister does seem to be one to bear a grudge, so I hope she doesn't get pissed off when he finally comes out. She could be insulted about not being trusted to be told the secret sooner.

    Chapter 3

Lots of fun with skiing and joking around with Chris and Paul. The Banana drink and wet jock competition were surprises, but worked out well. Especially with Dan giving Greg a hint on how to get his sister of his back. And Rob might find out his girlfriend may feel the same as way as Paul about her boyfriend ogling strangers.

    Chapter 2

Ha, I loved the way Greg told his sister to stop interfering, serves her right. But to do her justice I guess she feels responsible for him having a nice time, since she persuaded him to go on the trip. Dan seems like a genuinely nice guy who knows how to teach skiing. And that last line had me

    Chapter 1

At first I thought, oh dear another gay guy in the closet being silly, but you managed to make him likeable and his thoughts and actions reasonable.
  17. Very romantic, even slightly sappy. The straight stag night was hilarious. But the sentence I could relate most to was: "The thought of her living in the house and infecting it with… femininity, makes me shudder." I know just how he feels. Brrr
  18. For some reason this image has become stuck in my head, which is beginning to annoy me.
  19. Thank you Irri, this is certainly high praise and very welcome since I work hard to keep the story flowing smoothly. I'm not quite sure who you are refering to with the money/job/neighbors reference, but I assume it's Jacob. Please elaborate in the forum so we can have a proper discussion about your reservations. They may be useful for future chapters.
  20. But the mother could have had any number of brothers or cousins with the same name and David could be the dumb offspring of any of those. It will be interesting to find out if this Parnell is just a jerk on principle or he carries a grudge against JP's family. The latter could hint at the conspiracy you want.

    Chapter 13

Absolutely perfect ! Zach showed the intelligence and deviousness I've always believed he has, and I'm not sure it has anything to do with being around Will. If anyone else needs credit, I think it should be Matt for the talk he had with Zach on the beach after Will blew up over the camp matter. Anyway, I loved the way Zach got coach Lad on his side, and I'm sure giving his ankle a rest was a good idea. When he tells Will about the whole thing, it will be cool that he had to stay away. And I bet that coach Lad will pay Will special attention at the next game in order to show any other idiots on the team that they need to shut up. I'm guessing Will is going to pay a PI to dig up things about Parnell and feed them to Zach so he can use it as ammo to shoot the jerk down. Zach would love that, whereas he might be upset if Will fought his battles for him. If Will feels particularly he might pass the name on to Brad and Stef and tell them the guy is trying to provoke Zach and out him.

    Piccolo

I'm not sure it was a mistake that Luca said he had to go meet his vampire contact even if it was daylight. It may have been just a way to dismiss the Alphas, but it could also mean he had to prepare himself before going on a vampire hunt. I agree it' more fun if the meeting was unexpected for his 'contact'. I didn't mind the repetition of the phone conversation, in fact I liked that we got to see Mika's thoughts and the surprise telepathy. The twins are fun, hope we see more of them.

    Famiglia

I agree with the other reviewers that you did a good job of introducing us to Lovel's pack, or at least to some of the important members. It seems Liam is gay too, and I laughed at the Alpha reaction to his brother trying to flirt. I guessing Chance and Mika may become good friends, since they seem the same age and both shy. The Alpha meeting was interesting and I like that they are aware of the need to work together, in spite of the occasional bickering.

    Chapter 12

All fixed now and I guess we can concluded that Gavin is more than ready to be told about Tate, LOL. I can just imagine the scene: Gavin: "I'm having these weird dreams, Tate." Tate: "Yeah? What about?" Gavin: "Well, I'm out in the forest, and I see you turn into a huge black bear, and then we cuddle." Tate: "Would you like your dream to come true?"
  25. Timothy M.

    Chapter 11

Very hot, but also sweet in the way they were still a bit hesitant about how far to progress. I think Tate needs to come clean about the bear thing soon, and the best way would be to ask about the tattoo.
