  1. Phew, finally got the next DDD chapter ready (thanks, Adi and Val). Time to upload, so I only need to press the button tomorrow. But I'm completely blank on how to start next week's installment. Good afternoon, my friends.

    Chapter 20.3

If Tristan helps save the day, even he will have to admit he's Carl's equal.
  3. you didn't have to remove the whole post content, just the picture. Your comment on the quote was funny even without the pic.
  4. I'm hoping that Robbie telling Nicola means he'll also be able to tell the counselor about the sexual assault. I still agree with him that he should not report it or tell Sue or anyone else. The priority is for him to deal with his depression and other issues in relation to not only the attack but also the hostile environment at home due to Don's homophobia. Although, if the counselor has to keep their talks confidential (which I very much hope) then she can't confront Sue and Don with the problems they have caused. But maybe she can bolster Robbie's courage and convince him to tell Mr. Andrews and ask him to talk to Sue and recommend they get help for their bigotry. In addition, Robbie needs grief counseling about his mother. Nicole's suggestion they do something positive in remembrance of her was brilliant.
  5. That is a very good question. I guess those who advertise with pictures like that don't care how Google rates them, but Myr and the other GA admis do. I can try and find the topic where the policy explained - or you can ask Myr directly. Here you go: see number 8 under bullet point 4. https://gayauthors.org/guidelines/ So @BabyXander1990 and @dughlas should erase the pic too from their posts (after we've downloaded it for keeps )
  6. I wasn't sure whether to do a or a like so I ended up with a neutral one. You made me laugh, but I was also a little sad to see you doubt your ability as a writer. Also, plenty of us have the foot-in-mouth problem, it's part of being human. I like being around you, and I think you're a guy most of the time, with the option to show your feminine side, when you feel like it. Just be who you are, Thorn, there's plenty to love about you. (suggestion for reading: The Beka Cooper books by Tamora Pierce, book 2 has this amazing queer character)

    Falling Slowly

It's been a long time since we've heard from Jwolf. But even if the story leaves us hanging, it's still worth reading.
  8. thank you for being a faithful reader, dugh, even when your head is giving you trouble. I'm glad the chapter brightened your day a little.
  9. Um, Albert - that pic does not conform to GA rules. Stick him in a spoiler or delete (goes for those of you who quoted the post too).
  10. Denmark is also outside those countries. Would you like me to write my comments in Danish to remind you ? https://satwcomic.com/epic-battle
  11. @ColumbusGuy Ha, ha, you're right, it does sound familiar now you mention it. More Jasper next Sunday, but then I'm out of chapters. I'm glad you had fun reading this part. Thanks for being one of my faithful readers who always leave comments.

    Chapter 27

I just knew Ryan would be upset, but hopefully he'll be able to focus on having his son being part of his life from now on. Looks like there will be a few more guests for the wedding.
  13. for some reason I got this image of you brooding in a nest to hatch your story. PS I hope I hadn't missed too many edits. I mostly got commas back for mine.
  14. We used 000 in Denmark too, years ago. People said it was a stupid number, because 00 is what you dial at the front of international numbers. Also, on the old rotary phones it was the slowest number to dial, because the turntable(?) had to rotate all the way back, before you could dial the next 0. So they changed it to 112 - just when the push button phones became common.

    Benedetti's

Let's hope Raul stays happily married and is OK with Clifton having a wandering eye and outside liaisons. Clifton seems a 'the grass is greener' sort of person, and he's lucky to have the love of a nice guy like Raul. Whatever secret personal problems he may have, they can be too nasty or his husband wouldn't be supportive - assuming he knows. Oh yeah, Nathan and Jaymes are well on their way to falling in love, but Nate is still refusing to admit the truth. I fear Jaymes will follow his lead.

    Chapter 15

I hope Zane gets his language chip first, so they can have a proper discussion about whether to give the dog a chip too. I'm not sure it's a good idea.

I guess Gally finally got what he needed to keep him occupied and in a good mood.
  18. Wow, I didn't know that. I may have to check that out.
  19. Yep. It's popular because both our men's and women's international teams are really good. They've won several medals in European and World championships and Olympic games. I like to watch baseball, but it's not played here.
  20. You called Azrael him ! Do you know something I don't ?
  21. I'm guessing you noticed the 'gift' of free access to the garden the second time round. Yep, it's quite unusual and shows the trust Azrael has in Diego - and the attention being paid to his needs.
  22. Thanks - I'm glad you enjoyed it enough to leave a comment.
  23. LOL, yeah it's really funny how we sometime end up way off topic. It's one of the benefits of the new story system. Why wouldn't the Angel of Death be kind and compassionate? Azrael is not the one killing humans. But I guess the job title is a little scary. at your image of the Captain of the Celestial Guards. Now I'm unable to think of him in any other way. Ariel doesn't need any other commanders to be in a strop, it's just the way he is. I think... @aditus help me out here, please.
  24. Very good advice for Diego, especially the garden part. He's normally quite good at staying calm in stressful situations.
