Sorry everyone, I totally forgot and there will be no wrap up this week Well, that was what I thought to write when I woke up in my nice warm bed after 3 days of record setting heat and today being cold, windy, multiple thunderstorms and even a tornado just south of the city. I was woken for no particular reason from my slumber and realized crap, I haven't done the wrap up So I thought of grabbing the iPad and typing the above and falling back to sleep. But nooooooo, I couldn't do that So here I am just after midnight, sitting down to do the wrap up. Hope you enjoy . Monday was CSR Discussion Day where Cia locked Graeme in a small interview room, put a hot lamp on him and forced him to answer her questions before she would let him leave Well, maybe not that dramatic Wednesday was everyone's favourite day of the week because it was Aaron's day to bring us a brand spanking new Ask An Author 3.0: I really, really hope you took in the Thursday Announcement of a brand new GA Contest with a great prize!! What a great story. I did get a chance to reflect on what you said in this great interview with what you wrote in the story. I think that is what makes you one of my all time favourite authors at the site.

I just read the story and loved it ❤️ Gramp’s and Rory’s Dad have the advantage of years lived and wisdom. But I think one of the greatest things they learned was acceptance and the ability to change. Where would we all be now without that? As always, Graeme, thank you for sharing your great talent of writing amazing stories.

A few interesting things popped up in this chapter. Like most others, Mayson doesn’t seem to be like a roommate anyone would like. I am curious why he is that way after @weinerdog mentioned the first day, with them getting along. I like his theory but wondering if it might be simpler than that. What if Mayson is gay and has a crush on Hunter? They were getting along playing Mortal Combat and then Hunter slips into his jock personae and make a reference or two to someone being a fag Suddenly his crush is a homophobe. I hated that I used that word as a teen playing hockey, around the team. But I was terrified that I might stick out if I didn’t join them. Anywho, like weinerdog, I like guessing and am usually wrong . Looking forward to more and see when and if Dale comes out to Hunter, as I’m pretty sure it won’t be the other way around

There is certain things in life that others believe in and easily dismissed by the majority as hogwash. Val takes one of one of those ideas and have 3 maybe 4 characters that we fall in love with that actually can turn you into a believer. Warning: You WILL fall in love with these characters and Val manages for readers to feel what they are feeling. So be ready for some moisture around the eye area 😛

Well hello happy campers . I know it is the Memorial Day long weekend in the US of A, and the Late Bank Holiday long weekend in the UK. Also if you live in Australia's Capital Territory, it is the Reconciliation Day long weekend for them. So did any of you get out camping? Do they call it camping in the UK and Australia? Whoops, just about said it 3 times So this is the Victoria Day long weekend up here in Canadia and in my little neck of the woods, although we consider this is as the official kick off to summer, we are getting rain and snow So how about my fellow Canucks? Well how the heck are you? First things first, thank you to Cia for stepping in last moment for me last week when I was suddenly hit with a wave of nausea again. Unfortunately still side effects of a new medicine. I know when I reached out to her, she and her hubby had just settled down to watching Justin Bieber's, Never Say Never . Okay, maybe the last part isn't the whole truth . I really can't believe how a week can make a difference. Last Sunday, I think we had a high of 2 (37F) and ugly. This weekend, we are sitting in the mid 20's (mid 70's) and it is beautiful. This week I decided to start working off the Covid 19 lbs. that somehow doubled to 38 over the past year . Wish me luck, but I tell you, getting motivated for a walk is so much easier when you don't have to double your body weight in clothing to go out. Hmmm, wonder if I would be more motivated if I walked naked . With the disturbing image in your minds let's see what we have had happen in the GA Blog this week. Well I’m pissed at dear old Dad. Hope mom gets her way finally. Maybe before the wedding too.

I’m intrigued by the boys Dad feeling the loneliness, and his wife’s resentment of him for it. Add on that the General says he has been lied or misled, makes on wonder what all happened. I mean, we have only had a couple of brief generalizations from the brothers without any great discussion.
