Poor Gunter 😥 To say the end was a cliffhanger would be a disservice, The whole damn chapter was one cliffhanger after another 😮 Damn you, Jerry!!!! 🤬

Hmmm, never thought this would be the part of the story for it’s namesake 😥😥 @C James has been absent for a few years. I wonder if the NSA, FBI, and every other government alphabet agencies caught up to him after writing this chapter 😂

  5. Hmmm, our author identifies with being a goat. Goats, especially mountain goats like hanging off and around cliffs. CJ is the King of Evil Cliffhangers for life. And somebody has died, but whom? I wonder if the Scar would see the irony of all of this 😜

  9. Greetings all from a cold, wet, ugly, grey corner of Canada I know the saying is spring showers bring May flowers, but this every 3rd day of snowfall is not making me happy. On top of that I'm sick . So this will be my shortest intro in a long time. On Monday, Cia brought us the new Classic Author Feature: On Wednesday, she was back once again, but this time with the Classic Author Excerpt: Thursday, Renee dropped by to get everyone ramped up and hopefully get some more great Anthology entries: On Friday, I was in bed already but Renee to the rescue, she got up comicfan's weekly contribution: Finally Saturday, Comsie was in with another writing tip: What did Myr have to say this week, you ask? Well he was by with 7 new Words of the Day: Spoonerism, Haplology, Restaurateur, Woolgathering, Goober, Pogonip, Florid Finally a quick peek at the goals from last week: Anthologies 2021 Anthology #1 Top Theme 1 - On The Road - Extended to May 31st, 2021 2021 Anthology #1 Top Theme 2- Forbidden - Extended to May 31st, 2021 2021 Anthology #1 Pot Luck Themes - Extended to May 31st, 2021 Anthology 101 - In the Anthology Forum. I loved that The only thing that could ruin this is the next scene being of Dimitri and the Scar sharing another kiss. 🤮
  11. I'm curious how this ended? Did you get into bed with Kyle Also wondering if Steve from For The Love was written with him in mind (this is also the oldest topic in your club , but not anymore)
  12. I could share with everyone my nicknames for you 😇
  13. Hello everyone, sounds like I finally got the recognition I deserved . You all can now call me the Grand Poo-bah (check out the Words Of The Day). Actually I laughed when I saw that. For years and years I worked for the Calgary Flames as a rink rat, but I was isolated at the other end of the rink from the other 3 guys I worked with. They monthly had one of the three be the Grand Poo-bah. But looks like I get the name in the end . Speaking of being called names . I thought I would check in this week on what your childhood nicknames were? Not ones that maybe the school yard bully called you or an older sibling, but what about endearing nicknames from when you were growing up? I was always called Rooster, but never knew why? A while ago I was perusing the interwebs and found that the pro hockey team in the town I was born were called the Roosters. Also there was Stevie and when mom was mad at me, or @Krista, I was Steven . So what about you? Now before I start, this is a reminder that you have about a month and a half to get your Spring Anthologies in with the extension!! If you started, get 'er wrapped up and into the Anthology Review Team . Now back to Monday, where Renee featured another great Review brought to you by @spikey582. Make sure you check it out!!! Then on Friday, we had dependable comicfan come in with a few more prompts for you: Then to bring in some context to your lives, we had another thought provoking article by Comicality: So those words of the day I was talking about? Myr brought us seven new ones this week: Apparatchik, Poo-bah, Picayune, Bandbox, Whinge, Inordinate, Quisling Not so bad this week on the story goals. 19. Now anyone that follows me, yeah, all ten of you , heard that my computer decided that the warranty is up, and it gave me 5 years of loyal service that it was ready to hit the recycling bin Went out and got a new one, paid the warranty (is it worth it? ), and the $150 to transfer my data from the old hard drive to the new one. I asked, is that possible if the old one is dead? Oh yeah, no problem. Fast forward 24 hours, yeah, your hard drive is not in good condition and we can't transfer the data. I said, okay, I paid you $150 to transfer the data and when I questioned it I was told no problem. So do I get my $150 back? Well, give us another day and we will see if we can do a slow transfer overnight. And as far as the refund, no, we tried and that was what you paid for. Then 24 hours again, and they call and everything has been moved over. Just need to pull the hard drive and return to me and they can recycle the rest of the box. So glad I got what I paid for, but will definitely take that into consideration before just signing the bottom of the work order. On top of all this, one of my favourite authors posted a nice lengthy chapter when I was without Since I'm with computer again, this means you get the Weekly Wrap Up from me . Monday was Cia's day to shine She brought us the April CSR Feature. Make sure you read along and check back in for the Discussion Day! Usually Wednesday would be AAA Day with @astone2292, but without computer, I never got around to transferring and featuring it until later in the day, so we kept it up Thursday too. Then we finally got to our regular posting schedule when Wayne tried to light a fire under us to give a prompt a try Finally we wrapped up the week with a new Article from Comsie, all about Character Motivation: Were you able to check out the Words of the Day? if you missed one, here is the past weeks: Incisive, Finesse, Debonair, Organoleptic, Uncanny, Extemporaneous, Gullible Last thing on the agenda is to check in with the story goals: Anthologies 2021 Anthology #1 Top Theme 1 - On The Road - Extended to May 31st, 2021 2021 Anthology #1 Top Theme 2- Forbidden - Extended to May 31st, 2021 2021 Anthology #1 Pot Luck Themes - Extended to May 31st, 2021 Anthology 101 - In the Anthology Forum. 20. Well, we all know Don is more that a bad penny . Actually I was thinking this could be the end of Don and his fake image of a family that has fallen apart since Robbie arrived. I do find it ironic that his blood relative Don, is such an ass to him yet his wife, Sue, can always have his best interests in mind. I think in Don's typical fashion, will come in and hoot and holler and create a lot of drama, but Sue as a nurse and knowing what stress will do to Stephanie and within the house with the bombshell, will bring up how things have been more relaxed and running well without him there. Don decides to relocate to Toronto where he can have all the affairs he wants. At least that is how I want to see it
  21. Sorry for the delay Dodger but thank you for sharing another great chapter So I was a little shocked and surprised when reading the chapter on my phone, I couldn't speed read fast enough down that opening scene I thought since you have mentioned the story is coming to a close, I thought we had jumped to an epilogue already . Then when Robbie woke up sweating in the prison cot that he is sleeping on, I didn't know what to think. When finally all was revealed I thought that was a heck of case of pre ja vu . Now with the big reveal , I think it was an easy way out, Dodger . I mean, you gave everyone what they wanted I was thinking over the week if Mitch wasn't the one to push Robbie down the stairs, then maybe he was the one to set up Nathan. I guess those possibilities are still on the table. Here's another thought, could Ginnie have been so jealous of Robbie and Nathan, that she was the pusher As for abortion being a viable option, I think of a 2020 National Post poll that found seven of 10 Canadians consider the current situation on abortion - no legal restrictions on abortion, at any stage of pregnancy - acceptable. But I've also heard what the 3 of 10 have to say and they may have valid points based on their personal beliefs. So if Stephanie and her parents aren't in favour of abortion, they must have some legitimate reasons that we have for begin against it and probably never know what they are. Once again, the story is in Robbie's POV. As mentioned, adoption hasn't been mentioned either. Now Robbie as a dad at 16 Yeah, I don't doubt he would have the kid's and probably Stephanie's best interest at heart, but there is also a huge amount of guilt on his part right now. The fact that he has had thoughts about testing for paternity and other doubts, yet hasn't brought them up shows a vastly more mature Robbie that we have grown to love . I think though with no love between mom and dad, it might set the kid up for false expectations of its parents as it grows up, who knows? Everyone is different and the mother and father and 2.4 kids is in the minority now. As far as Sue, when she gets back with Amy, I'm sure she will discover that Robbie didn't hold up his promise to look after their house. I highly doubt Nicola will be in the mood to clean up after Nathan and Robbie I'm sure that reaction may be delayed if Nathan happens to be still passed out when Sue shows up. Imagine explaining that all in a minute or two. Anywho, thanks so much for the chapter Dodger, it makes my day when I see a new one posted

  24. Wow! Spring has sprung here and I'm sure our Australian cousins are settling in for a long, hard, cold winter Other than maybe up in the mountains, does it even get below 0 C? What about New Zealand, @Stellar. Do you get a cold snowy winter, even on the southern tip of the south island with their spectacular mountains? I guess it was spring break here at GA, which means this will be the quickest wrap up I've done in a long time. So shall we see what went on here? Monday, Cia hopped in like a bunny rabbit and laid the CSR Discussion Day. Something just doesn't sound right about that . Not to be outdone by Cia, Renee stepped in for Wayne, who had technical issues on Friday. I think he left some chocolate Easter eggs on top of his computer and they melted inside of it Last of all, we had the Grand Hare himself, Comicality, come in and share another great Writing Tip: Now Old Faithful, Myr, was in every morning to give us our vocabulary expanding Words of the Day. 25. What a great chapter I know it has taken a lot of hard work, frustration, anger, forgiveness and understanding for Robbie and Sue to get to this point. In a way it is to bad Sue hadn’t asked him to help her with sorting clothes for charity in his first month there 😄It is always a wonder why adults don’t understand Sue’s realization that you can say no, you can’t see him/her. But I guess, if the kid is actually the spawn of Satan, I can understand a parent worry and resolve. Speaking of which, wonder what is up with Alex. Well, I’m going to take Sue’s words to heart and give up my campaign that Robbie and Nathan are bad for each other’s. I’m glad that Robbie’s family seems whole again with Nathan coming over and everyone getting to see him. Okay, now for maybe a monkey wrench. What if Stephanie isn’t going to talk to Robbie about her possible pregnancy? She appears she is with Mitch, I don’t remember him at the beach so I might have to go back and read again. But after he opened his mouth and what he said, I had this strong feeling that Stephanie is going to tell Robbie he said something to her in private like, “I wish I pushed him a bit harder on the school steps. Then we wouldn’t have him around anymore.” 😮😮😮😮😮 Maybe that is what she wants to tell Robbie in private, and can’t tell Nicola yet. Oh, BTW Dodger, Can you safely leave your home after this comment 😂😂
