    There's nothing wrong with liking fungus I'm a pretty picky eater, although I've become more adventurous with trying new food in my old age Mushrooms are one thing I've never developed a taste for. Those and peas I'll definitely let you know how the cauli comes out.

    Fungus The rest of it sounds good I made a ribeye and roasted broccoli with tahini sauce for lunch and zuppa Toscana with a grilled cheese sandwich on cauli sandwich rounds for dinner. Can you tell I went grocery shopping this morning? I bought cauliflower to make that cinnamon cauliflower recipe you shared a while back.

    There are lots of really good low carb recipes. It's not easy, but I find I don't miss the sugar like I used to.
