    You're the awesome one, Mac... for sharing this story with us. Whew... that was a hot chapter! I loved the use of the word 'baby', showing their growing closeness. The ending reminds us that this is temporary...maybe...the future is still very uncertain for them, even though I'm firmly rooting for them. Well done.

    I have three that stand out to me. In 1988 I saw U2 for their Joshua Tree tour. It wasn't them that were so memorable, though. The opening act was Stevie Ray Vaughn. He was incredible and totally blew them out of the water. Second one that stands out to me is Loreena McKennitt. I was blown away by how many diverse instruments came together to form music that penetrated right to my soul. Third is Joe Bonamassa. Anyone who's a guitar aficionado needs to see this guy live. If you cut him, he'd bleed the blues.

    I really enjoyed this story. I can see Peter and Alan getting married and either becoming foster parents or adopting their own kids. There's definitely lots of room for sequels or even a story about Keidan and Steve... hint hint And I agree with the judge about ice cream.

    Loved it. I'm glad that Ryan finally figured out what made him so uncomfortable about being filmed with Erik. These two are smitten, that's for sure. I thought it was cute how Erik snuggled right up to Ryan. I can't wait to read more.

    I'm with Puppi. It depends on what I'm writing. In texts, emails, or messaging with friends, I write any variation of lol, LOL, LMAO, etc. If I'm writing a story, I describe the laughter. I will very rarely write "ha ha ha" or something like that, unless the character actually said it. "Ha. Ha. You're so funny." I rolled my eyes. I erupted in laughter. The joke wasn't that funny, but the look on his face was priceless. John's body shook with silent laughter. He covered his mouth with his hand, trying to suppress a giggle. If I am writing texts or emails that a character sent, then I will use text speak or the appropriate informal language.

    I couldn't find any stories when I searched using 'sci-fi' and 'transgender' tags. Cia writes some great sci-fi stories and Mann Ramblings 'Santa Claus' stories are a great read, so I'd recommend checking those out.

    Another great chapter I'm also wondering if Jack recognized him and what the repercussions might be. We knew Jack probably wouldn't react well, but damn... Refusing to pay Travis is pretty low. You have me thinking about Jack's motivation. Does he really have feelings for Travis or is it more of a control thing? Ben was brave to diffuse the situation they way he did. The next chapter should prove pretty interesting.
