    It's the same where I work. Each area is either below, meets, or exceeds expectations. It's rare for anyone to get anything other than "meets". I've gotten a couple of 'exceeds' before and about fell out of my chair lol

    I really liked Shea's description of why people watch horror movies. Cyn's anger was interesting and understandable. Now that they've strengthened their relationship, it's time to get Eike and bring him to justice!

    I got to see her in concert quite a while ago now. It's the best concert I've ever been to. She has a true gift for bringing words and melodies to life.

    I don't think my approach to writing has changed too much since I started. With anthology stories, I tend to think about exploring/answering questions that pop into my mind... like what happens if we're reincarnated or how would someone handle a false accusation. I've written a couple of short stories because of readers' requests, but for the most part, I write what I want. If I tried to write something just to feed a trend, then I think that would show in the writing.

    That's your signature. To change it: Click on the little down arrow next to your username at the top right hand corner of the screen. Go to Account Settings Select Signature from the menu on the left hand side of the screen You can change it from there
