    Strangely enough I haven't heard much Thaw/Frost music, but this morning I heard this. Seems to fit chapter 8.

    He, he... I think I would hid for a month if I created a stir as the latest I&C. I had to get Saint Joel pulled down a peg or two and also show Lucas isn't a complete mondo douche (Thanks Fantasyboy69 for teaching me that one!). They are both in this mess together and neither is without blame. I'm glad people are responding so much, because to me that means I've managed to write characters people care about in some way and who also human. We all do stupid things in a relationship. We're only human, after all...

    They are in a kind of downward spiral. Where they will land? Who knows... They are both part of the problem as I see it, for varying reasons and to a varying degree. And don't be too hard on Adam. He acted a little silly, but he was in flirtmode and aren't we all all little silly then? Doing what we think the object of our affections want to see? He's just assuming things about Joel that aren't correct.

    Oh, so Vladi came to the rescue! I'm so relieved, even if he got seriously injured. Hopefully, it will heal just fine. A very good fight scene, I must say. Very high intensity and I had to focus to not just skim to see what would happen, I was so anxious. Would be such a waste of a great chapter. I would not want to be Daisuke right now...

    I got exhausted from just reading this chapter.I can't imagine how the gang felt... And so much coming out at the same time. No pun, but it seems fitting. What will happen to those arrested? And Mrs Edwards? She's a voice of reason and it would be terrible if she lost her job. On top of everything there's the media, not exactly helping so far. But could they perhaps stir up a wae of support for Tiffany? At least the boys could get a little smooching time.

    So... A falcon. Better than a chicken I guess. LOL I think I would have been scared and pissed off for slightly longer, but Dean handled it well. And he got to see Kao again. Sniffing him... Mondo douche! I want to start using that expression. I love it!

    So Sandy was on his way out...? Not really a surprise. I somehow think what happened to John and Simon Peter is connected, but perhaps it's not that kind of story... I didn't get a read on Simon as suicidal either. But I guess the guilt is hard to avoid nonetheless.

    This was a very good ending to the series. I liked that Curtis decided to think things over. Who knows what he'll decide, but now at least he won't end up hurting someone by mistake. It felt good for Casey to find a place to call home and actually be happy.

    If I has the ability to turn into an animal, I'd keep that secret very need to know. There's been no need for Dean to be informed. They probably all thought they would never exchange blood or transmit the lycanism ant other way. Who knew Dean would stumble over Kao...?

    That would be stretching the shifter theme a bit, but maybe it'll be across over into fantasy...?

    They are really bonding. I guess a healing session will propel you further along in a relationship, especially if you have a bond like these two. Because I'm guessing there is something behind this closeness, other than shifter cameraderie.

    I had a thought about the title. What if Dean finds he can turn into a chicken? LOL Not sexy you say...? Not very romantic...? Who wouldn't like a nice... ehum... male chicken...? Seriously though, I'm guessing bird based on where the pain was located.

    Wow! That was some action packed chapter! I loved it, even if I'm on pins and needles to find out the ending now. I was hoping to see Kel's cat, but it might make an appearance in the next chapter perhaps? Poetic justice and all...?
