This is a story that tells how one young man who had a dream to have a food truck. He worked very hard to achieve his dream and discovered that he wanted to help teens who were homeless and hungry. This is an uplifting and inspiring story of compassion, empathy, caring hope and love.

Excellent chapter! An inspiring ending to an amazing story, the premise, the characters, the emotional context and believable interactions between them were truly inspired. I loved this story and hope that every person on the planet gets a chance to read it. The levels of good deeds would increase exponentially. Outstanding chapter! Donnie is a kind hearted young man who truly hates tp see anyone suffering, especially from hunger. The second trip to the fairs was successful for our team and with Andre returning just before the road trip thanks to a prima-donna executive chef who made his life difficult. He has been welcomed back and my guess is he will stay for a very long time. Jim has moved into the new rooms over the new garage to be closer and more involved. I’m definitely looking forward to the next chapter! 😃❤️

Excellent chapter! It is sad to see the first boys leave the food truck family in order to attain their dreams, while it is truly inspiring to see that they turned their lives around thanks to Jim and his family. The best part is that Donnie and Denny are helping to find other boys that are on the street needing help to replace them. Jake still will be working and will be instrumental in helping to teach Johnny and Tom what and how to do their work. Still one position to fill and someone will turn up soon who needs some help. Jim has done amazing things in helping to change the lives and futures of his boys. I’m definitely looking forward to the next chapter! 😢❤️

Your stories always start and include drama and tragedy but also provide hope and a supportive person or family who “rescues” those who need it most. Outstanding chapter! The three weeks on the road at fairs has begun. They have set up for the first fair and have been doing research on their competition and adding additional items to appeal to the crowds. The team is well ahead of every one else both in quality of their food and in the variety of offerings. I am certain that they will be successful and will build a relationship with the fair management and the vendors working. When they offer breakfast and dinner to the vendors and staff they will be very popular and well protected overnight. I’m definitely looking forward to the next chapter! 😃❤️

After two very successful years it is time to expand the buildings to hold the new delivery van and have expanded storage and the ability of having additional rooms on the second floor. It was terrific to have Paul come back for New Years, he is doing very well in college and he encouraged the boys to complete their GED’s and continue with college. They needed another worker and recruited Jake from the streets. He seems to be learning fast and is fitting into the team nicely. I really am enjoying this story and hope that you will give a bit more on the main characters life. I’m definitely looking forward to the next chapter! 😃❤️

Outstanding chapter! Another great year for the food truck and food truck catering! The 10% ownership that Jim gave to Donnie and Denny is well deserved for their exceptional work ethic and loyalty in making the business successful. The new partners designed the new logo that will adorn the vehicles and menus going forward. Having to add a delivery van for the catering arm of the business just goes to show that business is booming. Having to add additional staff and cleaning personnel is another factor in an ever growing business. I’m definitely looking forward to the next chapter! 😃❤️

Excellent chapter! The baker going into direct competition with the food truck only cost him Steady business. Paul going away to college near his mother was terrific since it allowed Andre to start working on the food truck and living with the boys during the week. The baker did not have any effect on Jim’s sales even with the baker competing against them. The business model and hard work has made the business successful and profitable. Outstanding chapter! The holiday dinners have been successful, the regular menus keeps being added to and rotated to maintain interest and keep customers coming back for more. The fact that Jim runs the food truck the way he does has earned the respect and loyalty of the boys who treat the business like it is their own. The marriage dance ceremony ordeal for Jihan has ended with the knowledge that the Council of generals and the army have sworn fealty along with their families and the people of the valley. The ceremony was enjoyed by all with the retired emperor conducting. Nisa, Ferino and the Empress are going to be a problem when Jihan and Rashan go to Vasia. Fortunately Kastan has ordered his Generals to protect his family from harm and Neith has warned Firuz to be extremely vigilant. I’m definitely looking forward to the next chapter! 😃❤️

Excellent chapter! TJ is comfortable with Josh, as if there was any doubt. He’s had unlimited experiences with babies, toddlers, preteens and teens throughout his life. He held his own children when they were babies, his grandchildren when they were babies and countless children during his career, and through his adoptions. He has an innate ability to connect with children. Danny, Brandon, Dion and Trey are all set for their couples retreat over the Labor Day holiday weekend. Outstanding chapter! Nearly every member came for Josh’s 69th birthday celebration. There are so many people who we don’t get to hear about much. Everyone enjoyed their visit and had a great time. Life in this family is nonstop and there’s always something going on. I am looking forward to the resolution of the possible abuse suffered by one of Graham’s students. Excellent chapter! Danny returning to his regular schedule is going to be well received by all of the family, especially Brandon. TJ’s addiction is not as extensive as originally thought and will be welcomed home sooner. I’m really happy that Xander’s condition is improving with his medication. School clothes shopping went well with Xander being amazed at how different their stores and quality were compared with his foster families. School is about to start and things are going well with several birthdays coming and the young boys opting for a Star Wars themed sleepover and Tristan choosing a bowling theme. Excellent chapter! I am really enjoying this story, the characters have depth and are believable in how and what they say. The new dinner meals have been well received and most restaurants are utilizing to go packaging which is microwave friendly and are available in recyclable materials since the pandemic has struck. I see a definite increase in volume of business with the dinner options. It is definitely going to require an increase in staff and shift managers to keep their quality up. Outstanding chapter! The school has become a valued customer opportunity, between the staff and possibly some of their students could create a steady income stream. Denny moving in with Donnie leaves a room for Paul to use, thee three boys are getting along incredibly well. Fixing up the conference room for the boys to use for their education is brilliant as they can help each other. The incredible rise in business doesn’t seem to be a significant problem yet. I know that many cities now offer food truck access to their parks with picnic tables and other infrastructure to allow people to enjoy the culinary experiences available to them. Some offer covered eating areas with restrooms allowing people to spend time while eating with live entertainment available. If Jim decides to visit these types of locations then he will need additional vehicles and staff. I’m definitely looking forward to the next chapter! 😃❤️

Outstanding chapter! Donnie is a “diamond in the rough” and will excel in a supportive and caring environment. He is completely dedicated to the food truck and is going to surprise everyone with how he adds his ideas about food offerings and specials. Jim is a type A person but has humility and compassion for others which is are traits normally lacking in driven people who are only interested in succeeding. If more type A personality people had compassion and empathy our world would be a very much better place to live. Imagine a world where CEO’s, Actor’s and Sports stars were paid a salary which while higher than the regular staff, would allow a much more even distribution of salaries. I know it’s a fantasy, but imagine how much better the world would be. I know that the food truck will be wildly successful and that Jim will recruit more staff from disadvantaged teens. Excellent chapter! The planning by Jim’s parents for college has enabled them to purchase the truck he wants and needs. Most parents would become angry and deny the funds to spend as they see fit. The fact that Jim worked four weeks to help train his replacement speaks volumes about his character, add in feeding Donnie dinner and giving him lunch to carry away shows his empathy, compassion and nurturing side also. Outstanding chapter! Dawson’s birthday party was a success for Josh after being teased about his accent and him teasing the locals about theirs. 15 boys wanted to learn to play rugby. He is lucky that those boys all go to the school so he knew kids when he started. The new rugby team at the school got to play. The roughness and win at all costs mentality usually leads to them being bounced off their team for their lack of sportsmanship. Josh and Peter told each other about their new relationships. I am fairly certain that Roger is gay but not sure. Since they are having a sleep over the question may be answered. I’m definitely looking forward to the next chapter! 😃❤️

Excellent chapter! This story is off to a good start, a Gay male married couple and their gay teenage son moving to the United States where LGBTQ+ marriage is still relatively new? What could possibly go wrong? The family next door seems accepting, and their son Dawson seems to be friendly and interested in learning about Rugby. Poignant ending to an inspiring story! The world could use more Jeff’s who are willing to step up and help when they are needed. Too many times people are so wrapped up in their own lives that they cannot see what is going on around them. We are so focused on our phones we are blind to those people around us who are in need. How many Toby’s are lost each day because we are so wrapped up in our own lives? You do not have to be rich to help someone else who really needs it. Excellent chapter! All 4 boys graduated University and got married. Unexpected deaths in Venice led to adoption of the children by Toby and Ron with help from Jeff. Richard is missing, and Toby’s father died while his mother yelled at him when he arrived to check on him.some people should never have children since they are incapable of putting aside their own wants to care for a child. The most touching moment in this chapter was after Jeff gave instructions on how to take care of his burial next to Clair in Italy, Toby’s response was “Yes, Dad we will do as you have requested.” Toby’s finally acknowledging that Jeff has always been his father. I’m definitely looking forward to the next chapter! 😢❤️
