Oh thank you! That is a wonderful comment, Rex! That was what I was hoping for. So many fantasy pieces exist in alternate universes disconnected from our world. The fun of the Greek Myths was that they usually involved normal people caught up in the machinations of the Gods. Here I am hopefully following in Homer's tradition of bringing these old ideas back to life! -

Yeah...I hope Comsie doesn't mind me taking liberties with Jamie. I tried to pull what I could of his personality out of Comsie's brief interactions. I find it an interesting Yin Yang between Brandon and Billy regarding the ever 'godlike' Jamie. Billy is infatuated with a look but not the person behind it and Brandon is afraid of that person despite the face. Another reason why I think Billy and Brandon are made for each other. They compliment each other in their feelings about things.

April 17 I was practicing basketball today and it's weird but I seem to attract more attention when I'm doing something I'd prefer to do alone than when I would prefer to do something with someone else. Does that make any sense? Not to me either! I was shooting long shots to practice my aim when a blur managed to swoop the ball away just as it fell from the hoop. My first reaction was 'Oh damn.
