Chapter 8 Roped and Tied

Roped and Tied is fun, and a hoot. But Good Outlook has important lessons for everyone. The last three stanzas are fantastic. Our own damn sin is right. -
This is well done. The first two stanzas had me on the edge of my chair. In an instant it changes, like the feeling of a carnival ride. I love the phrase Hope is written on the wall, particularly.

You describe the last concert I had to manage; the bus ride I took from university home decades ago; many, many hot summer nights. You capture the essence of dirty and fume filled August airports, and the dog days of summer. Wonderfully, eloquently put.
