I hope Artie thinks of Sadie as a resource and calls her for information about Ezra. I can understand Artie wanting to know about his birth father. Especially since he hasn't had a real male role model until Adam. It will be interesting to see if Adam has a reason to hate Ezra besides abandoning Artie and his mom. I can't wait for what's next. Thanks.

I was driving home that night, but I got peeks at the moon as it "disappeared" and during the red phase. It was cool to see, but I think I enjoyed your poem more. Most enjoyable! Thanks.

I can see how this would be a difficult chapter to write. You did an amazing job! The dialogue and emotions were portrayed without slipping into "drama" which could easily happen. The chapter seemed very realistic to me. I would love to give Daniel a big hug. I'm glad Lewis and Stephen are there to do it for me. Thanks.

This was hard to read, but well written, especially when you think about the subject matter. It is too bad there wasn't a Greg in Eric's life sooner. Maybe he is a sign that there is hope for Eric. Thank you.

It is good to see counseling helping Loz. It will be interesting to see what you have planned for him. I hope at some point he is able to apologize to Daniel, and that Daniel is able get past what happened. I am really enjoying this story! Thank you.

It was clever to describe depression as an unwanted guest! Mine tends to be melancholy, but the process sounds similar. A recent change in medication has made a big difference. Good images and word choice. Thanks, Tim!

I was expecting a major monkey wrench in the machinery! I am glad the trial was almost a non-event. You did a great job with pacing and dialogue throughout the trial. It may not all be smooth sailing, but Artie's path forward is looking good. Thanks.

I am staring this story as you are posting chapter nine. It seems like I've been juggling several stories, and when I came to this I was curious, but didn't start reading. Today that changed, and your prologue has me intrigued. I see lots of possibilities. It is also nice to see a story about an older adult. I look forward to bingeing a bit and getting caught up. Thanks.

How wonderful to catch up with Don and Louis! They were such terrific characters I really enjoyed reading "Changes." This promises to be just as good. As wonderful as CJ is, he is still human. Ethan's tirade shows that. I agree with your comment that CJ spoke without thinking. Even better, he thought about it afterwards and discussed it with Owen. That is how we grow and learn. *Possible spoiler* and I don't know how to hide it. 😕 I think Liz had eggs harvested before she died and wants CJ and Owen to have a child using her eggs (and CJ's sperm). There were a couple of little tells that led me to draw that conclusion. As always, thanks for more of CJ and Company.

Your poems often speak to me, and these two are no exception. Your word choice and imagery catch my imagination. I especially liked "Glue" with its stars, shards of glass, and a pot of glue labeled love. Thanks for sharing these Tim.

What's the old saying? You can't go home again. I am feeling sad about Drew. I'm thinking he's caught between a rock and a hard place. Sounds like Mam is on her way toward helping him get things sorted. I really want a good ending for him. Thanks for more of this terrific story!
