Armand is carefully assembling the materials and physical additions to the club inside and out that will transition it to incorporate the ideas he and Colin developed on their trip. He is doing all this with good taste and agreement with Colin. I am looking forward to learning about the completed project and how the public and club members evaluate it.

When a Compromise Is No Compromise At All
scrubber6620 commented on Mrsgnomie's story chapter in When a Compromise Is No Compromise At All
I never saw that coming. This is a disaster. Jay drew the line and said no. So, the true test of their relationship is now being experienced. Jay left surprisingly and felt he was always compromising and giving in. Loe did not want to make a stronger commitment to Jay. Loe had to feel abandoned like his parents did to him. This separation should really scare Loe, I bet. Both guys are crushed and are very hurt. Will anyone give more to the other? Can they cooperate? Can their friends and Lars help?.- 151 comments

Why do I want to say....It is not nice to be mean to Mother Nature? He is THE force of nature on the planet.

Hey, I already suggested in the last chapter sending Northman to the consulate in Sitka, Alaska. It is part of a rainforest and can be dreary for days on end.

The troubled dog that really did not bark here is JJ. He was briefly mentioned by Will. Will and the others experienced pain and growth and problem solving and love and bonded. JJ did not. JJ was an unneeded and even could have been an unhelpful element. It was good he was not involved. JJ has the potential for a soap opera on his own and his world could come crashing down. But that is my reading of your breadcrumbs so I could be misguided. He could possibly need Will and others and therapy later to recover. JJ and his fag hag are pictured as becoming more inward looking and childlike and idiotic mimicking a TV show. Their growth and ability to relate to others and the real world must be stunted. If JJ's lady friend is seeking out JJ for his riches, what will she do when she finds out about his restrained financial riches? Will JJ be devastated when she starts to look out for another more wealthy person to keep her and marry her? I hope I am not unnecessarily looking for trouble. Maybe my comment will spice things up.

Chapter 17: Destined Detectives
scrubber6620 commented on astone2292's story chapter in Chapter 17: Destined Detectives
Ok, Ingle will have to transition into accepting and enjoying gay sex and the strong pull of a destined mate. His life is turned upside down as a car carrying male stud and lady lover. Dirk is in the same position but is portrayed as not being totally put off by his new life. He should be doubly upset. He had a previous destined mate who was a female who secretly wanted to kill him. His new mate is him male work partner who he did not think of sexually before. I am interested in reading how you show over time both guys accepting they are compatible and connected. I hope you add humor more than pain. Their animals have to come around, too. I guess they are going to need more counseling from Mason and Vincent. -
Great ending--You covered all the right bases and left no top matter unsolved. All are healthy and good spirits, except that guy who shall not be named. CJ gracefully closed for now all their Mexican based relationships. CJ has a near term future planned out. Por Liebe suffered emotionally. I hope they all get therapy as far as can be possible, CJ should not resist it. I loved especially two items. You being cited on a phone call ( potentially subject to government surveillance since CJ safety is a matter of concern) as a drug dealer. I am sure CJ and Owen will be thankful. Plus, CJ investigating the status of the kidnapper's mother and paying for her palliative care . He really is a good person. The event left CJ knowing what mattered .His relationship with Owen and CJ grew stronger . You’re my everything, and I’m nothing without you.” Thank you for a wonderful, interesting, challenging and worth reading every week or so story. You always brightened my morning and kept me thinking as the day progressed. CJ and Owen and Liebe became people I wanted to know as they grew and faced life. I can't wait to see what you write next. I am sure I will be happy to read your next short story.

Great transition chapter. You better defined Brad and Jake and helped them work through things with the right help to better know themselves. Will rose to the occasion. He loves his father and wants to help him. Safe Travels Mark Will once again saves the day--over and over. He kept Jake and Brad from exploding and understanding the issues that separating them. I liked this interchange he had with Jake.... “Ever since I’ve known you, you’ve never really been able to be content with where you are. You are always trying to get somewhere else. And the problem with that is you never appreciate what you have, right now,” I said earnestly. “You mean I should stop and smell the roses?” he asked, trimming my longwinded statement down to a simple line just like I usually did with Grand. I started laughing, because that was too funny, and so did he. “That’s what I mean,” I said, and laughed with him some more." Then will showed he had an uncommon ability for self-reflection and realizing what matter. He learned from Brad and Jake's blow up. " I promised myself that the next time I was in an intense relationship, I would not neglect my friends and my family. " I hope he can do just that. The chapter ended encouragingly with Will and then Jake and Brad enjoying the surf. Whether Jake joins the Army and goes to Mexico is undecided.

Chapter 17: Destined Detectives

The hope fathered the wish of romantic sex. So the guys have more to go through..... -
Sorry--the spicy chicken I like is from Popeyes or Bon Chon Korean hot and spicy. Bon Chon has the best fries--crisp and double fried always very hot ( temperature) in a paper cone . Pizza can be almost anything from a simple cheese version to a dessert option. I bet you aren't having one with a healthy cauliflower crust.

Chapter 17: Destined Detectives

Destined mates--Really ? Oh Aliz--You seemed to have helped out two male shifters to become destined mates who were previously straight. Now both guys are feeling each other out and realizing they really like each other. They are fast losing all their barriers to intimacy. It's cute to learn they easily hold hands in public. Dirk never held Sarah's hand. Now, it's bedtime and figuring out male to make sex for two gay virgins. They are going to have amazing fun and find out what they have missed for too long, I expect.- 28 comments

What an awkward time. The people did not mix well. Ken is better with River and upset both Finn and Alec. A bar is not a good place for a first time meeting--too loud and crowded. Ken was secretive and went on the offensive asking Finn and Alec personal questions. Alec was tormented from the start and could not resolve his issues with Finn as they talked at the bar. They were far apart. He did notice how hot Finn looked. Finn walked away and Finn went towards his truck. Alec followed. Something had to give or they both would end far apart. Alec explained why they could not be together. Finn knew all the reasons. It was impractical and they had separate lives. Finn pleaded with Alec and finally made a simple request. Give him and them one night together. Alec would accept it with no promises? I hope Alec agrees and becomes a willing partner with Finn. If anything can blast open their barriers , making love for the first time could do it. In a sense, their relationship has been building to this. So the next chapter should reveal if they become even closer and consider new ways and just baby steps to continue. Will they deepened their friendship or will they part unable to be close? What a challenge to write this next chapter . I hope you have some healthier food. But then, it is a holiday weekend so I am eating some spicy fried chicken soon so I can not judge .

I will be reading and re-reading this chapter. It is that good, Thank you

Black Bear Dinners are famous for their all-day breakfasts and huge portions which can be shared with a partner at no added price.

Loved it--It felt real and much better than I expected. It was wonderful and heavenly and supremely hot and mutually fulfilling. They both will want to keep on making love and treasuring their partner. Finally, Jonathan got the message and was spectacular. He turned Maddox on and took charge. What foreplay ! He gave Maddox not just 1 but 2 preparatory orgasms and then drove deep inside him and both felt never before experienced and intense sensations that made the world seem new and joyous. Jonathan was stunned and so pleased and understood so much more as a total , real partner. Maddox, the powerful, sexual star and top, regained the initiative and returned to thrust into Jonathan's willing ass to help them each achieve their warranted and needed heavenly orgasmic rewards. Maddox shared the secret reason for being called Mad Dog and it was endearing and made him vulnerable and so trusting. Of course, Rusty could not stay away. He found Maddox brushing his teeth and had to ask him how it felt. Maddox turned the table on Rusty and asked him about his level of anal play and was surprised. Rusty said he had felt two fingers . They jostled verbally and them physically. Rusty and Maddox wrestled like good friends and Jonathan found them being so childish. I think the three bonded well. What a great time. They are so happy. They felt love, but did not say it--yet.

I suggest Northman be transferred to the consulate in Davao, the Philippines. I hope one exists since it is the largest city in the south. That southern part of the Philippines has its own kidnapping problem so Northman can be made more sensitive to the threat of being kidnapped.

Great story, great action and suspense. This felt real and very personal. Not a spy disaster, but a kidnapping of Liebe. Everyone, but Northman, pitched in. The whole crew in Mexico is involved. The USA family is waiting for Lieb and Owen and CJ. Cj and Owen kept it together barely. They planned to meet everyone in Miami. Lincoln was a rock and a hero. He protected Liebe first and took bullets. CJ was another hero and fought the kidnaper for the gun. A classic cliffhanger ending: shots fired, blood runs and one or more persons hurt, But who? Stay tuned and we will.

Short term, the focus is on Lars and Loe reconciling. I agree that them coming to an understanding and becoming at peace is fundamental to their mental health. Plus, possible joint business opportunities have been mentioned I do not want to miss that Loe and Jay are now godparents. Jay may take this much more seriously than Loe, But, they both have obligations if Matt and Seamus die. Loe would be traumatized

I am believing there is something very important in this exchange. Lars asks if they have contacted Loe recently--- He rolls his eyes and looks past me, thinking, almost dwelling on something. His forehead furrows. “Have they reached out lately?” “I haven’t heard from them since I was emancipated. If they reached out, my team would have warned me. That’s not something they’d try to hide. Why?” He leans back. “No reason,” he lies. There is definitely a reason. I can see it on his face and in the tension in his muscles. Mostly, I can feel it in my bones. Let's hope Lars comes clean soon.

So, both brothers are victims? Lars was told that Loe ran away/ Let us say that the parent's line about police not following up on runaways or parents not pursuing them would eventually sound false. Lars was too naive and isolated, though, for years. Imagine being so out of touch till you got to college. He could have been very emotionally stunted. However, he seems OK. He must have had a strong inner core like Loe who survived his separation trauma, I want to see Lars and Cortney and Loe and Jay meet. The brothers are upended and need to regroup. Are they able to begin to have a healthy relationship? Loe and Jay are phenomenally successful. Will Lars now feel jealous? What does Lars do? Is there any common work ground? Is there any opportunity for them to work together or become closer.? Jay and Loe can talk about their new coffee business. Any possibility for Lars to be involved? Did Lars hint that there was a possibility their parents might want to at least see him again? He would heave to confront them. Would Loe want to grow along ?

Interesting. I am surprised Karl pushed Arthus so hard and finally got him to agree to come home with him to see the Hopkins. Arthur is very bottled up. He at the end he would go but that Karl had to be silent on the trip. Will the holiday festivities and warm friends open up Arthur? Will he be friendly finally to Karl? Will George and Karl meet? I am looking forward to finding out what happens at the Hopkins' home soon.

I had conjectured that the Kardoval were behind the attack to weaken respect for Garjah. But imogene_arants theorized that also an option might be that Ases planned the attack. He could have done that by himself or with Garjah's help. Let's see who is injured or killed. Were any of the Kardoval hurt or killed. Was Garjah or Ases hurt? The targets could likely show who was behind the attack by process of elimination. The mastermind or minds would not normally want to hurt themselves. Garjah's investigative skills will be needed. I wonder what investigative talents Ases and his Mech have?
