As everyone keeps writing, we're so relieved for Logan and Tilly, now they might have a shot at happiness with each other. The Vega pack would be faced with a monumental decision and then an arduous task (if and when they decided to move) ... Clarence would need all his wits, compassion and charisma with him in the coming weeks ... Interesting premise for Kellar to attempt to heal both Bill and Fendral ... BUT what about the ancestry and / or parents of the saviour ? When will we get to know more ? I'd like to lodge a complaint with the customer service department. We've been short changed at the end of the chapter, just when things were heating up between our two gorgeous male leads, the story ended abruptly. I demand my money back ! OH, WAIT, I didn't actually pay for the privilege of reading this unique piece of fantasy, did I ? I'm just a good for nothing, demanding and rude reader whose sense of entitlement is getting the better of him ... :burst into tears:

I simple refuse to feel anything for Kiorl and Lahja, even though it was an incredibly sweet and tender moment. Who knows when you'll pull a trick and turn back on their demonic aspect (with a vengeance, I may add) and leave me a blubbering mass of a screaming wreck ... Toying with my emotions will get you dangerously close to hearing a string of profanities issued from my mouth; and that will be very rude on my part given the season that we're in (albeit that you would be the one to have provoked it ...) Oh, happy sixth day of the New Year (of the Rooster) !

I posted my review in the discussion forum ... too depressed (by what's going on between Hrishi and Marty) to cut and paste that over here ...

Furry to human sex ! Is that bestie ... whatever ?! :screaming: Why am I having this kind of reaction to nearly every story on GA ? But mind blowing / kinky sex cannot solve all of Joan's problems ... family is very important (especially to Chinese) ... :sigh:

As with the other stories that I follow on GA, should I resort to my usual reaction to the final sentence of this chapter ? :screaming: Is that a cliffhanger ? It sure looks like it ... Pseudo-kidnapping and fake-abuse (a non issue really, IMHO) will make waves in the future, and not in a good way too ...

Good grief ! Continuing reading this story, to me, feels like (what I imagine would be) taking drugs. You get your high (euphoric feeling) and then guilt, self loathing and depression sinks in. You need another fix ... soon ... F-ck ! F-ck ! F-ck ! Whatever I've led myself would not end well ...

I agree with Hrishi, Marty is a coward, even if he chooses not to come out, he doesn't have to speak ill of gay people or of people being "gay" ...

You reduce readers / fans who are normally articulate, reasonable, level headed individuals to "zombie" like creatures who're going after your flesh while chanting single syllable words, drooling incessantly, with vancant eyes staring AT you ... l hope you're happy now ... Whatever has she, the Earth Mother, planned ?

What happens next ? (in high pitch falsetto voice, pretending to be a little girl) I think the above also counts as the start of a horror story, what is more scary or creepy than a grown man (myself) carrying on as such ?

It is the most delicate and difficult thing to do, to give out constructive criticism to someone close to you AND over something he's done specially for you ... Oh, Addison ... (sigh). I could always say that Addison could have handled this better, but he was just being true and honest ... (more sighs) I understand how Regal felt the way he did, I think he's still not totally confident with his singing skills to be so sensitive, BUT then again he's only a teenager and teenagers are mostly thin skinned ... To leave the situation unresolved is the worst, hopefully they'll talk their way through it and have fantastic make up sex ! (I've never denied that I'm a pervert, however both of them should be above the legal age, at least to do that with each other ...)

I know some people who're like Mrs Lynton, who has good intentions (providing "the best" care for her grandchildren) and is passionate about it (will go through all available channels to try to make something happen). BUT, these people just bulldoze their way through with barely a thought on how their actions affect others around them. In their zeal to do "the right thing" they may end up hurting the ones they intend to help and causing a hell of a lot of collateral damage. Will the mediator be able to talk some sense into the Lyntons ? We'll just have to wait and see ...

IBEX, how come you know of such things when you don't even live in North America ?! I've lived in Toronto for a number of years and I've never been to the zoo ! Sasha, this is such a lovely chapter, everything is moving in the right direction for the two young men ... sweet domestic scenes interspersed with romantic (with butterflies) outing on a date and forlics in parks; as well as (NSFW) erotic x-rated scenes ... My emotions are all over the place after I've finished reading (in a good way) ... Excellent ! The last scene, Emmett having a great day, wishing his boyfriend to have as successful a morning as his, this is so heart warming and leads us to expect more wonderful things for them both !

Graeme, I like your less than perfect characters, and I couldn't agree with Dughlas more. Peter is having a harder time adjusting and he's not the only one as you've shown by the conversations the parents have had at the play group. Alan and Peter haven't planned on having children yet, so we should cut them some slack (especially Peter). By giving some sound advice, Scott is more like a friend than a co-worker to Peter, so both of them (Alan has some allies within the play group) are surrounded by good people who are supportive. Never underestimate a good word or a kind gesture ... BUT you've put Peter between a rock and a hard place, he needs to talk to Alan about his frustrations, yet at the same time he doesn't out of love for his partner (not wanting to increase his stress level); will this lead to a big fight when the pressure bursts ??

The patriarch of Jian and Huan-Yu's family finally laid down the law. Chinese families are really tight knit; family members take care of each other. However in some families, especially ones that are more tradition bound, the head of the family wields a lot of power. Cutting Jian off financially was a relatively mild punishment meted out by his grandfather ... There's a price for Jian to pay to pursue his carefree lifestyle ... Had I been in his position, I'd be more hurt by his apparent disappointment in me than the financial fallout ... Hmm ...

WARNING : Take extreme caution when reading Best Circle of Hell Series (one story in particular). Under no circumstances should one read these stories at 4 in the morning ! For the sake of one's sanity, one is advised to read them in broad daylight, preferably at a sunny beach, under a parasol lying on a deck chair, sipping a fizzy drink ... Without these ancillary items someone may suffer a complete emotional breakdown as I had done ... OH ... I AM a weirdo ... time to book an appointment with my therapist ...

The dynamics of the relationship feels a bit weird to me, cause I've never learnt to obey a command; I would actually carry out a command issued by a loved one and then later I'd resent it because basically I'm super rebellious under my placid exterior ... OH ! Reading what I've written, I AM the one that's weird ... time to see a therapist ... The dream place is SO perfect for Emmett and Jian and they can even carry out a grown-up conversation in there ... and have sex (drooling) ... wow ...

The dancing scene (in the private dining room) has to be one of the most romantic passages I've ever read !

I get the hint that Marty's parents are less than engaging with their son, to say the least ... Okay, after reading this chapter, cold shower time for me ... I don't believe I'm saying this, BUT some tension is good, at least between Hrishi and Marty, I think they're trying to get to know each other during the process of bantering / trading insults back and forth ... not so much looking forward to reading about tension between parents and child though ...

All praise the Earth Mother ! Look, yee of little faith, how her gift to Kellar has created a miracle ! Shame on you for doubting ! OH, hmm ... I'm talking about myself, this self-chastising in public is really awkward ! (bury face in both hands and groan) Shipping for team Kellar and Tobyn ! May we have some sex scenes (loving scenes between K & T) in the next chapter ? OH NO ! (further humiliated self by showing the world what a perv I am ... quiet sobbing sounds) You've painted such a moving scene with Clarence's concern for Logan, their interaction is such a touching moment !
