Glad you are back. I agree 100% with Gary and Ivor. The only part I am missing are where Bill and Kevin came from. Oh well, if I really need to figure it out I can reread a few chapters. The main point is that they are a couple of guys figuring out their lives. Great chapter and a welcome reunion with a wonderful story!!!

Wow, what to say first... I really want Don to loose badly! Robbie needs to control his temper so he can disassemble Don with cold, caim and calculated blows. I think the best thing that could happen at this time is for Robbie to wind Don tighter than a tic in public, but without any shouting or cussing, to the point that Don actually starts to beat on him AND leave bloody marks. By the time the witnesses get done telling the police how Don attacked the boy, 5 to 10 in the Gray Bar Hotel would be just right. One thing is for sure... It MUST stop now!!! As for the preacher, he is just a typical bible thumping nut job. If anything can be proven that he has done is illegal, then lock him and any cohorts away. I have said it before and I will say it again... Robbie NEEDS to get legal council and secure his income from the UK and make sure Don is not dippin into it. Then see what he can do to move out of Dons and maybe move in to Nathan or Rorys' home and follow their parents rules. With his own money he could help pay his own expenses and have the love and help he needs. Fuck Don and the Church!!!!

I also just finished this wonderful story. I hope you continue writing as you have a talent for crafting a tale that draws the reader into the world you create. Future material could include Bradens story or Connors mothers path to understanding...or not or Kyles journey to understanding his friends happiness and more of the ways of the world...good and bad. Your choice......

I am rereading this story and updating my reactions. This story rings with a truth of today. I am about 40 years behind and when I was that age the reactions would have been very much in Kennys diamond. It gives me hope to even read, in a wonderful work of fiction, that todays young adults can have compassion and understanding for people with differing feelings, wants and beliefs.... I am loving this story for a second time as I do all the works of Ronyx!!!

This was an interesting and good read. I enjoyed it as it really did touch on ways that many gay stories avoid, dodge or simply skip over real life areas of relationships. I can actually see some families acting like Bens when family and money and especially control are involved. Good writing @W_L, keep it going!!!

I loved this story! I will admit being very outraged before the epilogue and actually ranted about it. I then started the epilogue and had to QUICKLY return to my rant and eat crow. If eaten head first, the feathers do not get stuck in your throat . This story is an amazing work of art. The talent and attention to detail is amazing. I am looking forward to reading more from C James!!!!!

I hate to say it, but it is already far to late. Kyle should simply tell Amy what is going on and then run far away. Tell Doug to give Salvatore the deposit money and whatever the vig is and simply run. He has learned a lot and unless he is willing to do some really bad things he is forever damned. The only way this ever ends is with the terminal end to Sal and Tiny and maybe more.... Very bad people and most times even the police are helpless to REALLY help as they do everything through people like Matias and Kyle and they are the ones to pay the price. Run boy RUN!

I do not comment much, but this was the time to do so. I really love Aric traveling into his space. It gives the story a feeling of real life. Sam is... well, Sam. He is a delightful part of this story. I have already read your story Tommy Banks so I know a bit about the future. Depending on where this story goes and ends, I may suggest you put a Note on the Tommy Banks stories to Read This One First, less spoiler that way. Another thing I get from this story is how the eastern US and western US are VERY different. In much of the western US ANY acceptance of this relationship would not happen. At least in the rural areas I am from. Even now acceptance is very limited.... Great story and exceptionally well written. The vision your words paint are vivid and detailed. Very well done!!

This is a fun little story that reads very well. It has a great feel and some excitement with lots of teen drama mixed in with the fun. This is a great story to read when you need a lift to your spirits. Give it a read and enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!

This one is rough. Both Seth and Noah have issues. Noah is being abused by patents that don't appreciate good kids and Seth js his own worst enemy while killing himself to be the parents he and Lil never had. I am really liking the story, while HATING the undertones and history.

Sympathy for Aiden is justified, but his actions toward Jason are not. Period. The picture is most likely a poor choice, but what about ordering a back issue of a gay mens magazine to be delivered by post? Unless there is something different about mail in the UK, I would think there is a better than average chance Mum is going to be the first one to see the pictures of Nathan in his (almost) birthday suit......

It is getting a bit to deep. Someone needs to either pull the drain or paddle harder...
