My hands are recovering slowly, this go around. Just wanted to say hi, while I can still type, somewhat. Peace.

Another great poem, you've written, my brother. I can see the images these words paint, and it does make me ponder our natural world v. our technological one. Also, makes one think about what is really important.
-
You both will be in my prayers tonight too.
-
Sorry for the silence. My hands are killing me. 30,000 words in the last 2.5 weeks on 2 different papers for this class.
-
Thanks for letting us know, Mike. Give him a hug for me please.

This chapter stands out for me. It reminds me so much of the fantasy stories I grew up reading in Jr. High and High School. The scene with the stone giants is a classic, and resonated well. Fantastic all around.

Slipping into lurker mode for the foreseeable future.

Yeah, it has been a day from hell.
-
You made someone's day turn a 180. That is something to celebrate.

Tonight's Funny Meme, and somewhat how I'm feeling. EDIT: Wrong meme. Removed.

Right, room. I just didn't want to clog up tim's thread about his story with my planing Dungeons and Dragons.

I'm so tempted to grab my Neverwinter Nights cds, fire-up my laptop, log into the Avlis servers, and break out AJ, my Confounder of Forian. It's been a few years, since I played him.
-
Not headed to bed yet, still got many miles to go, before I can see my bed tonight. So I will bid everyone a Sweet Dreams, and Sleep Well when you head that way. Let me leave you with a quote I heard, that sums up my mood tonight.

A few weeks back, @MacGreg posted he left GA. I forget the reason why, if there was one given, but his profile now is FormerMember4. Haven't heard anything since then.

I've missed tim's word of the day, so here's one. Organon (or-ɡə-nän) Part of speech: noun Origin: Greek, late 16th century 1. A tool or instrument used to gain knowledge 2. A set of guiding principles for a particular science, philosophy, or discipline Examples of Organon in a sentence "The internet was my organon of choice when doing research for school." "The scientist abided by an organon of peer-reviewed documents, books, and studies to inform her work."

In the Chill of an Early Morning
Brayon commented on Mikiesboy's story chapter in In the Chill of an Early Morning
The heart is because I felt your poem is well written, and invoked a strong emotion in me. So it's showing how I feel about the poem itself. As for content, I would be a tear drop like the others, because it is sad. Getting ones emotions out is a good thing. You're right that lately there has been a lot of sadness and heartache. Hugs my brother. -
DEAD is not a Better Place
Brayon commented on mollyhousemouse's blog entry in Mollyhousemouse's Stash
molly, I am so sorry to hear about the loss you and your family is going through. My prayers for you and your family. -
A great chapter, tim. I like how you showed a tenderness of Stravor towards Shade in this chapter, which is yet showing a different side to our Searcher. He even uses Shade's name when it's just the two of them. Excellent job.

Both of these prompts are really good. Thanks for posting them!

Nothing like the original, and surprisingly has been funny with this reboot.
-
A little sad, but I found it well written, and thought provoking. Excellent job Wayne.
-
I'm so sorry to hear that rick. You and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers. Take care of yourself, and be there for your nephew, my friend. We'll be here when you get back.

New mysteries are a foot, and a very well imagined sex scene. Nice work, Wayne.

Why is it called Labor Day, if no body works? I hope everyone is having a good day, and that all is well with everyone.
