Nice start to what I think will be a wonderful story. Finn is the most likable character. I'm definitely interested to see what happens with Cam and Rory. The donger at the end was a nice way to finish the Chapter.

I think Danny is just having a hard time accepting himself and I guess this is pretty common. Your theory that he cannot feel love is a possible explanation, though I don't think that is what bisexual means. It seems to me that he loves Jake both as a friend and otherwise. Sometimes it is hard to accept otherwise. There are lots of people to have lots of recreational sex who still fall in love romantically, but only to one or a few people in their lifetime. Although not reflected in GA posted stories, I posit that such lifestyles are as or even more common in the gay world than not.

Nice. We finally learn about the aliens and get some good action. But wait, aren't cat aliens supposed to be hot chicks that come to earth and live with a 15 year old boy who needs some action? The chapters on GayAuthors often has content trigger warnings. You've seen them. "This chapter contains coarse language", "sexual abuse", "violence", etc.... Personally, I don't like Trigger Warnings. The limited scientific research on this topic indicates that such warnings either have no practical effect or are mildly harmful. Rather than just complain about them, I'm wondering what other people on this community think about them.

I'm enjoying this. Would like to see 2,000+ word chapters, though. I'd spend a little more time with the characters, perhaps exploring their thoughts or have them engage in dialogue.

This has been a lot of fun. Even though I know this is just a fantasy, I do wonder how the Elven royal bloodlines can continue since almost everyone appears to be same sex coupled.

This first chapter is not exactly subtle but it reads well and the conclusion is a good setup which makes me want to read a bit more.

Good question. I told my wife before we married. To be honest, I think he'd be upset because he feels he 'owns' the gay thing in the family and is always telling me how I don't understand gay stuff. That's amusing in and of itself. I did tell his straight best friend in the course of giving him some advice - he recommended waiting until he is older to say anything, if ever. I had to fight for my life as a kid because of this and also had to hide it for years in the military. I could have been arrested and/or kicked out, so I guess the default is to keep quiet about it. I do have one friend who knows and who I discuss it with from time to time. I'm not too unlike "Danny" in Squirrels current story. -
A lot is going on here. I really liked the events with Ryan - it seemed so realistic. As far as Danny goes, it can be very difficult to be bisexual, especially as how to gays might view you. Some gay kids pick on the bisexual ones for being untrue (as in denial) or through resentment. Being bisexual can feel like being trapped in a double closet. There's also dealing with the mixture of desires. As a bisexual man, I greatly appreciated this chapter and the story overall.

There is so much to enjoy about this chapter. My favorite line is "I wondered if Jesus would have even been welcome in such a place." That was super awesome. As a Christian, I don't approve of assholes.

Billy's glucose level is a medical emergency. He would have been admitted to the hospital and brought slowly under control. A decent hospital would have given him training classes and made him demonstrate he could do everything before being discharged. This is not a criticism of the story, just letting you guys know, from a pediatrician, how this is supposed to go medically. I'm sure other docs handled this differently, but they would suck if they treated Billy this way. I think Mr. Squirrel did an amazing job with Billy's feelings.

This was hilarious. I really liked the revisit with the guys and the juxtaposition w/ the new generation of kids. I saw the repetition coming but did not expect Brett & the others to be there. So fun to read.

This was a very special story. It is an inner personal exploration of the main character, yet much more. I really would like to see this one continue.

Great Chapter! I had a similar conversation (minus boyfriend) with my 16 year old gay son (who doesn't know about me!). I tell him if he weren't gay, he wouldn't be the same person who is my son. We get along well, but he thinks I don't understand gay stuff at all. It's pretty funny..... -
There are churches like this, but the vast majority aren't. I don't think this kind of church would pull members away from other mainstream churches to the degree described in earlier stories, but it makes the ploy move along so lets go with it.

I rather enjoyed this ending! Very clever. I actually liked that he melted down completely. Sometimes we have to give up and pick the pieces back together once we admit we cannot handle things anymore.
