I didn't make a prediction this time but I was debating between two and I did lean toward Scott POV seeing the somewhat similarities between Justin and Tony's situation. And if he does could he inadvertently come across the e-mail Luke sent?

I see AJ is going is stationed in San Diego. A couple of WHOA!!!!!! in this chapter.Nothing like other things happening to get your mind off the current things. Maybe this would be the wrong thing to do but if what happened to Luke happened to me I would initially not say anything to anybody hoping this is an isolated incident.If not all bets are off. I would also try to look for subtle signs to see if Cass is doing unwanted advances to other students. As far as the Tony situation we all remember what a piece of work his Mom ,Luke's Aunt is.I'm guessing she kicked him out for God knows what.

The biggest takeaway I got in addition to Ben remembering is Justin not visiting Ben in the hospital.I think I know why . You while you might forget someone's name you don't forget if you find somebody attractive perhaps Justin was worried that Ben will stare at him again and people would wonder even more. I can picture Ben playing pranks now based on his past memory loss. As far as next chapter's POV Samantha or Justin would make the most sense but since it was mentioned that Luke was going to call Samantha I'm going with Luke

I can see a problem happening if Devin isn't able to transition to a smaller animal. They are suppose to go in those caves this summer right? What if there is a situation where something might happen and there is only a small opening to get through? Where Devin could normally transition to a small animal he wouldn't be able to.
