We got a hint Cassidy was homophobic a few chapters back but geez no way I expected something that extreme. It was lunch time so I don't think alcohol contributed to Cassidy's bitchy outburst but apparently a good chunk of her friends support her, I don't think we have been told one way or another Seth is Cassidy's younger brother but is he underage? I put an angry reaction for obvious reasons but I loved a lot of the chapter. I was worried something serious was going to happen to Tanner but whoa not this . I'm trying to understand Tanner's mom couldn't have been that evil ALL this time so I guess her reaction to losing her husband and son started this but drugs by themselves doesn't explain that appalling behavior .There has to be some kind of mental illness involved. Geez what an dysfunctional bunch at that church. I' m proud of Robbie for being able to abstain with Rory the combination of the crap he took with Alex and Robbie body being so close to him it couldn't have been easy. If Nathan and Robbie do break up I think Nathan will be the cause with his drug problem and his jealousy perhaps the two are connected somehow. With all the issues Robbie is having the most important and immediate thing he should do is ask himself is there anything positive about interacting with Alex? The answer is a resounding NO!!!!!! That is certainly is a possibility that or good old fashioned greed or a combination of both. Either way Aunt May would have told Maggie at the time that she changed the will their is no way she wouldn't.So that would mean both are aware of the will and are playing dumb.So why would Maggie agree to give them one more day? To refuse to do so would look suspicious. What the more optimistic side of me is hoping is Maggie went along with Jonathan's scheme because she believed Marc would get something but now with Jonathan saying he's going to cut Marc out because of being gay she may have second thoughts. The scene I would love to see? My angry chapter reaction is because of Jonathan he's more of a piece of work then I even imagined “So much for getting a fair shake,” Jonathan wouldn't know a fair shake if it bit him the ass I can‘t manage things from halfway around the globe.” Gee so sorry Aunt May's death was so inconvenient for you I really want to give Jonathan the benefit of the doubt believe it or not doing humanitarian work is great but I'm reminded of a passage in the Bible about people who do good works because others are watching that person not because of sincerity I suspect Jonathan is like that. I believe there's record of wills being filed somewhere in the government I hope Finn could access something like that🤞.One thing Finn could do is expose Jonathan (Mr.Humanitarian)to the court of public opinion on how he trying to cut Marc out of the will because Marc is gay.How would that look to those organizations Jonathan is with? As much as I hate to say it I wonder if there are a few similarities to what Sawyer is doing In regards to His Grandfathers house he inherited? Finn has implied that Their Mother was treated unfairly in this BTW in California you can't collect assets from a will for 40 days after death and I guess its similar in other places so thats plenty of time to find the updated will and then take them to court and that also I would think prevent Jonathan from putting the houses on the market. While I was reading the chapter I also looked up the artist Nelly on my smartphone and it immediately took me to the Benaki Museum sight and it was about the Nelly exhibition I guess you know this 2023 is the 25th anniversary of her death. They showed some interesting photographs

If you have read previous Charlie Boone stories what took you so long?(kidding) But if you have read past Charlie Boone stories then you already know how good this is going to be . If you haven't read previous Charlie Boone stories with all due respect to the other reviewers who say it isn't necessary I believe you should read the first story and few other random ones first but trust me it will be a labor of love

I briefly forgot it was a dream the description was so vivid. How much detail did Tanner give when he finally spoke a little of his F-ed up home life with Brian? I'm sure he left some parts out .I also have to think Brian's Mom is also wondering about why Tanner never accepts a ride home. Brian promised not to tell so I'm worried something bad may happen because of that
