God!...I had to take a walk out after reading this chapter!.. There are some really dastardly people...and equally dark things in this universe..

God!..these are really messed up people..the whole lot!

It's becoming clear ..that Julien overestimates his charm...Maybe he was not an apt pupil during seduction 101...because it must suck having your seduction attempts rebuffed in the way the two brothers do..even though they find him physically appealing🤣

I once mentioned that each past chapter enhances it's corresponding present one...It's on clear display here.. This chapter basically gives us a glimpse into Lyn's psyche...he feels so inadequate that the only way out of the situation is to make up an imminent family move and then take Brad to his 'room'. Like @Cane23 aptly stated ,his room is the only place where he seems to have a semblance of control and in his mind he feels by taking Brad there ,he has some of that control back. Much is 'said' with Brad's reaction to Lyn's home...I like to believe he finds the place wanting..like the expectations he had about Lyn just been blown to smithereens..In that moment I cannot help but feel pity for Lyn...It must be so taxing having to put on a facade full time... That being said ...this was a sad chapter for me....Sad in that a whole lot would be solved if these two young men would really talk...but then again the story would be over already...right?🤣

I felt the stress of Finals week as though was there ..It took me back to my High school and University days...Those two weeks are always minor hell on earth .. That being said ..am glad the 3 musketeers have resolved everything .. Thank you!

I always compare CasualWanderer82 to the Pied Piper of Hamelin...Not that we are rats mind you🤭..His stories are the equivalent of the magical music of the Pied Piper....and we merrily follow the music by reading each story that he posts.

What made it more poignant for me is that last line...River didn't look back...He is hurting in that scene and yet he strides forward with his head held high...that for me was just strength of will embodied.. One can only hope Harry's facade falls fast..but this is @vanalas....milking drama and despair is his forte🤣

What a chapter!...the first part of the chapter was magic... The scene between Aunt Vee and River was exceptional..two cats fighting culminating with one cat beaten and bruised 🤣 That final part of the chapter however was so heart wrenching ...River being so selfless and not standing in the way of 'love'.. I couldn't decide whether to be sad for or be proud of River . Then there is that Harry twat using that child as a prop..just to garner Zayn's attention...hmm..I can't even. Zayn Monroe...I don't even know where to start with this wuss of a guy!...River tells you that your paramour put his life at risk just to prove a point and what does Zayn do about it...Nothing!... Those two imbeciles indeed deserve each other . Next... Thank you!
