    Hi, Are our user rights on "Secret Author" correct? I use a dark browser theme, so I saw a story in a different colour in the list (picture A1). Clicking on it, I see it is unpublished (A2). Are we users supposed to see that?

    Sorry, not sure about this one. Very well written, too well; is the person telling a real person? Are these real events/people (apart from Rock Hudson)? Where is the borderline there?

    I am with @mcarss on that one. If you do not need to carry the computer ever, why pay for small and light components, a big battery, a screen, and a keyboard in-one? At work I am the odd-one-out, because I have a fat desktop and a small surface tablet to remote into it. The others carry heavy developer notebooks which sound like Heathrow airport when starting up or getting hot...

    Yes, Open or Libre Office's spell checker is a *censored expression*. But I have to run my texts through several services anyway to get it right, so no huge loss. I hope you stay free!

    Well, read on ... He has the uniform to wear as he is an officer on duty. A "plain clothes" operation has to be authorized. Till one incident, I kept my uniform at home and when an emergency call out happened while I was doing paperwork, I just donned my stuff and jumped in a car. I had to give an explanation why I was in plain clothes, just wearing the stab vest and utility belt. Since then, I had kept a set in the station and always changed when I was there.

    I asked a friend to "translate" and to base it on a "proper Scottish Highlander". What I got back was ... extra hard core, I think I published it in a comment further up. As said friend has unfortunately passed away, I can not ask which accent it is based on, sorry.

    If he were to not hold up his end of the bargain, Jamie could just leave. Also, as much as people dislike politicians, they usually keep a deal. Otherwise, their "word of honour" would be worth nothing in backroom deals.
